Hi!
I made a poll last week asking what video I should film Next and you guys wanted a body skincare routine! So here it is ☺️. In this video I talk about dry skin, hair removal, body acne, dark spots, and more! I show how I treat different skin concerns when it comes to the skin on the body
In the video I didnt show any use of loofas, wash cloths, or exfoliatimg cloths. That’s because I dont use them! Unless you are using a new one daily, those items are a good breeding ground for bacteria when left damp, so i just avoid them all together.

I love this video, a lot of the times people only focus on the face but ignore everything else even though it's as important! I wash my hair first as well but never thought of it that way, so smart! Will keep that in mind, thanks for all the helpful tips!

Absolutely amazing video! Do you recommend any products for cellulite that's smothered the upper thighs? I've tried dry brushing and that's hasn't happened along with coffee scrubs!

Awesome content! I have a similar olive undertone to you and really appreciate your detailed info. I’m one of those people who have to pay for clear skin , even my face took 3 TCA peels to get this clear. I have a connective tissue disorder (EDS) so I’m slow wound healing and scar very easy. Do you have a practice in ATL ?

Yea you can. I would just start at a couple times a week and see how your skin does with it to stay on the safe side. Generally there is a very low chance of irritation when adding alpha arbutin.

I haven’t.. even though I’ve preformed similar services… I’ve been watching plastic surgeons make videos on tightening treatments involving heat and how that can actually damage the skin tissue over time. Ive seen it go wrong and it kinda scares me 😩😩. If you do it and have a positive experience please update 🤍🤍🤍

Ok so I’m really hairy and I was wondering how people get rid of the hair on their chest, stomach, and back 😞 I haven’t heard any girls talk about it and I never expose too much skin because I’m insecure about the hair ON EVERY SQUARE INCH OF MY BODY

Same! I’ve just had tons of laser hair removal on every inch of my body neck down ( maybe eventually on my face) I had the yag laser two years ago and currently getting touch ups with the diode with is a less painfull(most of the time painless) laser. It’s an investment but it’s the best. When it comes to the hair on my chest, hormones are really tied to that area so waxing, any kind of epilation would easily trigger breakouts for me. I even tried bleaching my hair but I hate the smell and it takes forever with black hair. Laser has made my beauty maintenance so much easier.

hi love the video!! but i dont think you are using all the products in 1 shower routine. So if i would like to purchase any of the products mentioned, which are the ones that i should start with. I dont have active acne but i have a little bit dark spots.

Yess exactly! 🤍 for dark spots, if they’re just minor ones I’d look into the good molecules discoloration correcting body treatment. I use it daily and it’s really helped.

I know you didn't ask but dove bar soap is awesome for an intimate wash for women. Doesn't irritate down there, I use it daily but only for that

I have seen you don't wet ur face before applying cleanser but you have your body wet? Is there a reason behind?

Hi! I don’t dampen my face when applying a cleaning balm or oil because I like to melt down my makeup with the oils before I emulsify the cleanser. It makes for a more effective 1st cleanse. There’s no need for me to do a first cleanse, or any sort of dry cleanse like this in the shower. Also I always add water to my second main cleanser before applying it to my face, if it doesn’t look like my face is damp to start with.

How Iong would you recommend for a shower?

10 minutes max is best for a normal everyday shower. It can be a few minutes more on some days if you’re shaving washing your hair doing hair treatments.. but for the daily, 10 min or less.

What is your opinion of using coconut oil as moisturizer or moisturizers that have coconut oil?

I stay away from it. If you’ve been using it for years and it works for you then it’s fine.. but coconut oil is comedogenic, and it’s difficult to wash off normally with just a body cleanser. There are other body oils and rich moisturizers I prefer and recommend.

start little by little. start with cold/luke warm water. Then when you can afford buy a product.
