My dad passed away 8 years ago (March 14 2016) when I was 18. And girl I’m telling you right now. You’re gonna be okay, okay? It’s gonna be tough at times. The grief is brutal but it isn’t what’s gonna get either of us out of this beautiful life. Sometimes it’s hard when people validate that grief doesn’t go away because part of us wants it to not be that big. But it also has beauty. After 8 years truly I can tell you that. Your dad is still gonna be with you. Not the way you deserve-nothing about this is fair or right. I won’t lie like that to you. But he is gonna stay with you in more ways than you maybe ever thought possible and you will continue to find beauty in life, in even deeper layers. When my dad passed a woman I looked up to in my life sent me a card with these craft store feathers and told me they were angel’s wings. I kept them for three years until a friend close to me lost his father and I passed them on to him to give him strength. Something about it protected my heart through the worst of the pain. Though I can’t give you the silly little craft wings and a card, I want to give you angel’s wings in thought and prayer and intention. And I hope they guide and support you through this the way they did me and so many others before us. You’re not alone. You’re gonna be okay. And I’m so deeply sorry for your loss. I have a cheap and healthy water flavor hack. Just add four hibiscus flowers to a water bottle and let it sit for just 5 minutes, cold or iced tastes way better! The water looks pretty, and it's perfect if you like a lemon like flavor. No preservatives here! For easy at home workouts, I am currently obsessed with Massy Arias. Feels like a have a personal coach 😂 Thanks for the inspiration, Sundai❤ you look amazing!

Chile. My health issues took an embarrassing and gloomy turn today. Had to give myself a pep talk twice in a 30 span. Glad to see this video pop up when I needed a genuine smile. You talking to your kitty at the beginning? Did just that. Thanks. ❤

Creatine also has benefits for your brain as well. Muscle growth is so important especially for women. As we age, we lose muscle. So getting a jump on muscle mass is a plus.

I went through the exact same thing with steroids for a lower back injury from the military. I got sooooo big, with major moon face. It was such a tough time in my life because I wasn’t used to being that big. My confidence was shot. I remember seeing you during your bigger period and being in awe of how confident you remained, or what you showed us. So happy you are feeling better in your body. You’re killing it.

Hello girl, if you want not only to improve your body shape but also to get your butt back without being afraid of straining your muscles and if you don't want your body to hurt in the morning, always do stretching exercises, if you do them every day and don't forget to jog,it won't hurt your body during sports and it won't take a lot of energy!i am from Lithuania

I was diagnosed with asthma at 3 & never knew why I looked like a huge child compared to my peers bc I didn’t necessarily start off that way. I remember a period in elementary school where I starved myself bc I would always be so hungry but we also didn’t have enough food considering I had multiple younger siblings. Now as an adult, I never thought twice about the years of steroids I had to take, as being the culprit of so much weight gain over the years from constantly not feeling full. Being in Japan for only 2 years without access to most Americanized medicine has made me realize so much about my health. Thank you for sharing your journey & helping me to understand a little more about myself. Seeing you overcome your obstacles gives me that much more inspiration! 💗

this is the first video that actually motivated me to keep going. i work out rn, but i don't see results at all and i know i'm not over my calories... but all those fitness influencer videos and people trying them out kind of demotivate me, cause most of them seem so fake if you know what i mean. i want more real content from a real person with real results like this video. thanks!

Solid advice and agree that you should consult your doctor first because everyone is different. From my experience, completely agree it's mostly about eating well, the exercise is important but not as influential as what u eat. I cut out most processed food and soda but My cheat snack is chips! Speaking of exercise, i was also told abouth strenth training. Cardio is fine, but strength training and stretching are preferred especially as u get older. Also, do regular health checkups like bloodwork to understand whats going on inside your body. Then there is the mental strength and discipline to carry out your goals. Anyway, you look great Sundai, thanks for the inspiring video!

@@SundaiLove no kidding! Also, it's so hard to escape those micro plastics, all our food and body products are wrapped in them 😭 anyway, I cant stop living and I will cheat sometimes, but I'll try my best to be mindful and do what works best for my health

Thank you for sharing so much positivity and encouragement! I'm struggling with trying to be as healthy as i can in a body that isn't able to function like it used to. Instead of having a daily pity party, I'm working on doing what i can in the moment and being kind to myself.... It's a process lol

I have panhypopituitarism, and I take hormones daily/ for life, the main one being hydrocortisone (steroid) so that weight gain I feel. No matter my diet/workout I can’t lose the weight and it’s definitely killing my self-esteem. But I’m so happy to follow you through your journey, it’s giving me hope

Thanks for the insight Sundai! Definitely ordering my ryze, you’re the third person to mention that brand of mushrooms coffee to me. There’s actually a fitness anime that teaches strength training techniques and proper form. It’s cute and funny (some fan service), called How heavy are the dumbbells you lift.

Love this video!!! I swear once I learned macros was just protein, GAME CHANGER! I love to cook, and finding new high protein recipes has been so much fun. It has to taste good if I want to keep it up. I have trouble drinking plain water also so I usually add lemon, lime, cucumber, or some kind of unsweetened herbal tea to help get in all my water. Lol still a struggle but helps loads.

1 used to go to the gym 1.5-2 hours a day, but haven’t been in a while because of a back injury. I feel so gross and bloated. I’ve gained about 10 lbs. it doesn’t sound like a lot, but I’m 5’1 and my weight goes to my tummy first. Doesn’t help that people have asked me if I’m pregnant. I’ve been seeing a physical therapist recently and it’s really helped a lot, so hopefully I can be back to my old self soon.

Wow job well done. The results speak for themselves. I have really slow metabolism,so I workout an hour a day, I will start taking protein shakes, because food with protein is super expensive where I live.

We're the same weight and height! I didnt know that! You look so much taller on camera! I shift between 130lbs and 132lbs and I also was always thin, I was 105 up until I was 22 and I fought for those 5lbs just to get into the military then I hovered over 115-120lb for three to four years. Also yes ankle weights are amaziiing! Glute Kick Backs, Glute Pulses, Flutter Kicks, amazing.

I can confirm that my dietician said the 1 gram per 1lb ratio. She said more is fine. I'm just trying to eat better; less processed but the main goal is smaller meals more often. Highly recommend talking to your doctor about it too. Mine wasn't very helpful and was like 'you should work out'. I have Lupus and I'm slowly upping my activity. I started with bed yoga; to floor stretches (technically dance stretches) and now I'm 30 mins on a recombinent bike.

I love learning about nutrition!! how certain foods, spices and herbs do all these magical things for your health. I had to learn from having the sugars and went hyper fixation mode. i also learned the "hard" way, when eating a high protein diet...make sure you are getting enough fiber EEEK (and yes pun intended haha)
