Alright...so I've been doing this bodybuilding / athletic /weightlifting / gym bro thing for a long time

+bruno ottoni Last time in strength wars they used 440lb for 20 reps on their DL (and both competitors finished it in like 40 secs), so i think your concept of "super strong" should be reviewed. Even because Bradley isn't a powerlifter nor a strongman, he's a bodybuilder with pretty good strength levels, but that's all. He can't even pretend to compete with powerlifters and strongmen when it comes to strength.

Regardless of his steroid cycle, you still have to put a shitload of work in at the gym and into your diet. He's been doing this shit for a long ass time, he put in the necessary work to build a nice and beefy ass body.

It's obvious that he was taking steroids this whole time.. that's not the problem as others in the fitness industry do as well. Bradley still trains hard , but it's the image he's painting that anyone can achieve his physique THAT makes him an asshole. Sugars are calorically the same but metabolically different. It all depends on how much of a fuck you give about your body. From what I've heard Bradley is selfish, he may not necessarily be a bad human being but, he is indecent and selfish. He let people perceive him as a friend; then stab them in the back for personal gain. He messed with other's intimate relationships, and was reluctant on using other people's ideas and establishments to make money. Underneath all that muscle is a selfish, insecure, and indecent man that exploits other people for money; so that he can uplive his glorious and dramatic Cali lifestyle.
