@xsergiogx you can't be that big, and train that hard without causing damage to your body. i'm not hating at all - i'm still very very impressed with their passion, dedication and results!
@Yaqidh besides fighters of course. Hands down fighters have to work harder to be the best. I do both and I can say without a doubt my MMA training is MUCH more difficult
@00SoldierofFortune00 true, but everyone has different genes and different types of body build. just because u work out and eat right doesnt mean its a guarantee ur going to outlast other people. u never know wut u might find out the next day, regardless u work out or not. i love working out and doing cardio, but im not going to think or assume that just because i eat right and work out that im going to be in a better position than people that dont work out.
@exonthebeast Nothing personal, but I don't think I should say that on youtube. I will say that I was fortunate enough to enjoy 4 years playing for a well-respected 1AA program, and I'm going to miss it like hell.
@berbatovinho77 What I dont understand is why you think were doing anything other then what we want to be, For us, bodybuilding is what we wake up everyday and love, Its a great goal and an amazing feeling, If you dont like it thats fine, but dont tell me how to live my life, For me this is a catalyst for both greatness and the ability to do alot more then if I didn't. Live your life the way you want to.
@azn20typer And people who eat junk food, garbage, other shit, do drugs, and don't work out a day in their life won't either? I'm never done steriods, PHs, or HGH or plan to, but I'm sure these guys will outlive most of the regular population because of their level of fitness and dedication to nutrition. Obviously doing the same and being natural would probably be better, but at the end of the day, working out and eating right is 1000x better than not at all.
@berbatovinho77 I'll never understand why people think that bodybuilders or people who lift spend more time in the gym than anything else. Like the other poster said, 45 minutes to 2 hours max a day. I spend more time preparing my meals than actually lifting weights too. You can also eat plenty of "good" tasting food and it won't make you fat or any of that as long as you do it smart. Stop believing in all of the BS rumors and nonsense spread about bodybuilding.

Trust me, he does a lot more reps then that. The guy wasn't handing him the weights either, he was spotting him for his last couple of reps (holding his wrist/elbows.)
@crackrockstdy89 The ignorance of your comment on the same level of saying "I want to take up golf but I dont want to be as good as Tiger Woods". Very few people have the genetics to be as good as Shawn and Kevin, much less the drive to do so. It's good that you are content being fat, small or whatever. But to come here and blow off 20 years of training dieting and sacrifice as something that you just decide to do, or obtain on accident with steroids is ignorant beyond beleif.
@berbatovinho77 Bodybuilding is not a beauty pageant. Bodybuilding is not about what other people think. Bodybuilding is not about going to the beach and flexing. Bodybuilding is about pushing the human body to its absolute limits. Sculpting through pain. Doing what others wont in order to have what others cant. Pleasure from food is pleasure from weakness. Learn to love pain like most people love food and you will be happy.

They might be on roids but they all still bust ass in the gym pushing weight a few of the people i lift with are on roids but they still train like freaks
@azn20typer You can't manipulate or change your genes or genetcs. Diet and workout routine you can. If all things were equal between two people, the one with the better nutrition, workout routine, and no drugs would live the longer, better, and more healthy life. People who take care of their bodies are also at a much, much lower risk of diseases. Besides genetics, most diseases are diet related, so if you do the above like I said, you are in a better position than someone who does not workout.

That's actually a common thing to do in the bodybuilding world. I hear it has great protein and it's already digested so your body can absorb it faster than whey.
