I was a Marine Infantryman for 12 years, did 6 combat deployments, got out and I work as a carpenter and farm and, hunting guide, am 6'3" 220 pounds work out 3 times a week, not what I would consider a weak man, but I spent 7 years married to a woman loved to hit me, threaten me, would try to kick out my truck windows, I was leaving work one day and one of my coworkers saw her smack me in the back of the head out of nowhere and talked to me concerned the next day that I was being beat. I spent so many nights just having to hold her like a child on the bed to keep her from hitting me. She tried to flip it on me saying it was my PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury that was the cause of it all and so I stuck it out for the good of my son and thinking I was the cause of it all. Then one night I had enough and left, I couldn't do it anymore. Man I hope he does the same because it sounds weird to say if but it is not the way the world sees it. It was weird for me because I was a pretty good Marine, my job called for extreme violence and so when I came home I was so aware of my ability to be violent that I never let myself get to that point, and it was actually the one that shouldn't be violent that was doing it. She played all my things that made me insecure my past of violence, my PTSD and TBI against me to convince me it was all me. So glad to be away, she was no good.

I love how the police kept reminding him this situation would’ve been worse as well as reminding him that he should not feel bad about her getting charged. He is the victim and you shouldn’t feel bad. She put herself in this situation and without the police there, and no consequences, it wouldn’t have solved her problem. Jail was definitely the answer for her.

It must have been very traumatic for this influencer that the officer didn't knew who she was. It must be difficult to handle this situation when you're emotionally a 5-year old.

We have young girls and boys and even adults feeling inadequate and terrible because these influencers make it seem like they're living perfect lives when this is the reality of their lives offline. Social media is a disease and it's ruining our society.

more women need to be held accountable like this because just like she says she was hitting him, and throwing stuff at him, then he pushed her. she thinks she's the victim the whole time, and worse she instigated the whole thing after a girls night, drinking way too much, and then tries to sabotage the sober boyfriend she calls to drive her home. she's getting therapy for her trauma? she is the cause of everyone's trauma. 25 years ago when a girlfriend went bad and started committing domestic violence against me and breaking into my house, I couldn't get police to take me seriously and they even threatened to arrest me if I laid a finger on her. One night I screwed all the doors and windows shut from the inside and she STILL broke in! FINALLY she did something bad enough to get put in front of a stern judge who issued a stay-away order on the spot and my months long nightmare finally ended for good. Nice to see police taking it seriously today.

The fact that she only gets the kids every other weekend and she used one of those nights to " go out with the girls" and got absolutley smashed and then beat up her boyfriend. The husband needs to ask for supervised visits. She is out of control. The kids don't need to be around this. Edit: She really thought that her tears and antics were good enough to sway the officers in her favor. Women who lie about being a victim should face the exact same sentence that that their accuser would have faced on top of whatever sentence their own crimes carry.
