COD is a different genre with different gameplay mechanics. But i agree - COD went from 100% effort to 2% effort and quite literally insane amounts of in-game purchases and dumb skins. This is just rendering a certain building and then popping it into the game engine, it takes quite some effort but its way easier than developing a COD.

Airsofting in dim light really makes you realize how much you get shot in cqb, I can’t imagine how freaked out I would be knowing that one wrong push and you’re done

And it's likely that people you were bros with for months or years are dead or dying. And there's stuff on fire. And there's twisted tetanus metal and broken glass everywhere. And everything is boobytrapped. No one will ever convince me that anything besides maybe some of the battles in WWI were more horrifying than Fallujah.

Half right for that. But Unrecord isn't trying to be a multiplayer. Bodycam is literally just CS with graphics right now.

I commend the devs for producing such a life like game. I love games like this, I love playing VR shooters, VR racing and flying to get the immersion of the experience. In essence it has been the goal in some ways for many Game devs to create ultimate realism in a game. But, I cannot help but think that somewhere along the line in possibly the near future that some crazed nutcase with serious mental health issues will think that they are playing the game for real in a shopping mall or school etc. the media sensationalising it and then what happens. This marvel of a game is banned by the establishment because it was "The cause of a massacre".

if you remove the oval and do as you say, it will weigh 1 terabyte and you will need a hadron collider to run this game, and this oval will specifically eliminate some shortcomings

The mechanics are sound.. and feel more real that a regular fps. The fa t that your arms and gun can aim and shoot things that are not exactly in the center of the screen makes the difference

He’s spraying so that he has a bigger likelyhood of killing the target. I haven’t played the game, but damage is somewhat like this: Headshot = Instakill with all weapons, Body shot = 2 from a rifle, 3-4 from a SMG and the same for pistols. No idea though, but not 20 shots lol
