I had the police come to my house for the same exact reason Colt had police over his house, and all they did is go through my private TikTok videos. They didn’t even look at them they just sort of swiped through them quickly. Although I had to go through mental help, I guess he didn’t. It just made me wonder if the police regret letting me go.

That was kind of strange though,,cops give that information to dad,,,but then look how long it took for dad and son to come back out!! 🤔

His mother might've been even more of a mental case than the father but I can't help to think that after their separation decisions were made to please each other but not what's best for Colt. A 10 year old shouldn't be removed and separated from his siblings, and his mother moving 200 miles away, the neglect must've made him question his life/worth . . . it's why he texted her "I'm sorry" and not his dad.

@@akilled3646 Apparently you saw the same interaction between the officers and the subjects of the investigation that I saw, and I guess you’re satisfied with the ‘investigation’ that was conducted. Regardless of whether these officers were local town officials, county officials or state officials is beside the point. You cannot, in good faith, watch this interaction and feel that more shouldn’t have been done in light of the threat that was made. I venture to say that you would agree with my assessment if you had been affected by the shooting that resulted because of this failure, yet somehow, it seems that you’re of the mind that everything that could have been done, was done. If this the extent of these investigations then it’s by happenstance that these shootings don’t happen more often.

@@19samson32 The reason I spoke against you is because you have no ACTUAL education and experience or knowledge of georgia criminal procedure and law, and based on a 12 minute bodycamera footage of an interview you have made massive assumptions on a large scale about the entire system of which had multiple innacurracies, and furthermore claimed that the police did not conduct a satisfactory investigation. You havent even seen their full investigation, and two, your not even qualified to say if it was. "Electronic devices should have been confiscated and reviewed for evidence" 1. The FBI already has the information, thats how this started remember? 2. Evidence of what? They already have the information. 3. Arrest the juvenile for what? You cant just arrest someone, a 13 year old no less, because they maybe thought of doing a crime. Thats not how probable cause works or how title 16 offenses are charged. Heres my question. @@19samson32 So what would you have put on the warrant application? A threat was made on Discord that we got an IP address via a stale FBI tip and it goes to an address where the family no longer lives and we can't confirm which resident made the threat, just someone who was at that address some time a while ago and no one local is still using the same discord account. The judge isn't gonna sign that. The prosecutor probably isn't gonna let you put that in front of the judge to ask.

@@DramaMustRemainOnTheStage Right, this is from 05/21/2024, where it's obvious that JCSO Deputy Daniel Miller Jr. and the other JCSO deputy didn't do their jobs and properly investigate a school shooting threat made while Colt Gray was still in middle school and none of their superior officers including Sheriff Janis Mangum did anything to correct that terrible police work. Where were the warrants to access the electronics in this home? Where was the prep work at their workplace (Solicitor's office 5000 Jackson Parkway, Suite 260)? Where were the 1-on-1 interviews for Colin Gray and Colt Gray (in police interview rooms with video recordings) that confronted these males with proof that the Discord account had been used inside their prior home? Did JCSO Investigator Daniel Miller Jr and the other JCSO Deputy read the FBI documents related to the warning before doing this joint interview where Miller concluded at 8:23 by telling Colt, "I'm going to have to take you at your word, and I hope you're being honest with me?" These deputies failed at their sworn duty and should no longer be working in law enforcement in any capacity, and Sheriff Mangum should be removed from office. The victim families should add the JCSO to a growing list of people and organizations that have failed them and should be held legally accountable.
