Hi there....To any pilots...What is your definition of a Bush Landing?????...Mine is waking up after a night on the p!ss and finding several pubic hairs stuck between your teeth....My definition of a Bush Crash Landing is realising the pubic hairs stuck between your teeth are your own.
@@BillySBC What about if a Vagina could fly, what would it's flap configuration be when coming in to land...I think...Wearing briefs would be minimal flaps and wearing a thong or g-string would be FULL flaps...Your thoughts?
This video shows everyone that the female captain and Co-pilot’s professionalism has brought confidence in the safety of all passengers on the flight as well as love for the female pilots team on their flight . Thank you JP ! ✈️ 👍❤️
they are true professionals. It's so nice to see warm comments there. In Russian videos men insults female pilots and say they'll never fly with them and that only men should be pilots.
I'm such a dork. I flew a 757-224 across the country yesterday and will fly another back tomorrow. Yet after a Central Park run, I am sitting here watching two kick-ass aviators fly my favorite airplane from Kef to the PNW. (Where I live!) Long live the RB211 - powered 757's, easily my favorite airplane I've flown professionally. I cannot believe I get to do this for a living. Skál, dömur!
Well done ladies. Always love seeing the Puget sound from the air my old stomping grounds. Where I flew out of for 12 years from C-141's to 757's to about everything else that had wings. Now retired after 40 years and 30,000 hours later I sure do miss being in the cockpit.
Nice! Thank you for your service. I do wonder how pilots find flying in and around Puget Sound. I grew up in Tacoma watching (and hearing, haha) C-141s flying from and to McChord . And taking flights from Sea-Tac. Good memories!
This is SO COOL watching them fly into MY home airport! We live just across the street from the south end of the 3 run ways by a 1/4 mile. No, it is not as loud as you think, modern apartment house and all.
This is the BEST VIDEO LIVE ever wanted to see, the routes maps in and out of the aircraft right throughout the whole trip across the sky from departure to the destinations. I love this video and the views from inside the aircraft. Cheers from Hastings New Zealand. 🎉 ❤ 😊
What a wonderful story about the Captain's dream of becoming a shuttle pilot. The one good thing is that she is in the most overpowered and beautiful airliner in existence! Both of their journeys were great, and wish them well!
I enjoyed this video! I used to enjoy listening to the cockpit channel while flying but I can’t find that any more. If this video was 7 hours 20 minutes long, I would have watched it entirely. I wanted to be a pilot when I was a kid but near perfect vision without aid was required that ended that dream. I’m enjoying this channel.
@@tonycullen3342 The original was not fully a glass cockpit. It had analog dials for airspeed, climb rate, altimeter, clock, compass, artificial horizon, ... this Iceland 757 has all that replaced with LCD panels. That's what I meant by modernized.
It is so nice to see accomplished women as pilots I think myself it is fantastic these women have the right stuff. And I would feel comfortable flying anywhere in the world with professionals like these women. As always continued success thank you.
Excellent video! Talented and educated crew. Off the charts professionalism. Such beauty at 40k feet. Pilot monitor is absolutely stunning 🤩 13:00 hours CST U.S.
Congratulations ladies on living your dreams. May you both and all other female pilots be an inspiration to all others who want to become pilots. It might be hard work getting to where you are now but anyone can do what they want as all good things don't come easy. Praying that you always have a safe flight so that everyone can go home to their loved ones.
I love how the Captain gently prompts her young FO, dropping little hints here and there. Passing on her wisdom to the next generation. This 757 seems to have been modded with new bigger and crisper PFD and MFD? They are LCD it looks like while the other displays are old school CRT? Also the 757 is one of Boeings best creations. A pity they did not go for a 757 Next Generation with 787 flight deck, cleaned up airframe, split winglets and new generation engines! Great to see these videos thank you Just Planes - a big THANK YOU for NOT using music. Its so nice to hear the ambient sounds like at 1:07:52. I hear music in so many other aviation videos and it spoils them.
@William King Waiting for you to point out where Im wrong. Always willing to learn. Waiting. Please address each point I made about this 757 flightdeck. If im mistaken of course I will concede. Waiting now. Each point. Waiting. The 2nd part is just me thinking aloud , because I like the 757 a lot and im bummed they stopped production.
The cockpit looks original to me, same as the 767-300F that I worked with. They only added a fixture for electronic-chart tablets. Most 757 and 767 that are still in service were built after 1990.
I've flown all over the world and I can never get over how incredible it is that we can fly like this - amongst the clouds. My first flight the clouds looked like someone had unrolled one of those big bags of cotton wool! It was almost as exciting to see the take off on video as experiencing it in real life. A terrific video of a wonderful professional crew. Thank you
United Airlines used them on a 9hr flight from Berlin-Newark not too long ago. I was on a 6.5hr flight from PHX-HNL with US Airways years ago. Was a very hot day with lots of headwinds over the ocean. The 757 handled it no problem.
Yes more range(bigger wings) was a main difference with 737. The second difference was the 737 was designed with short landing gear for small airports that do not have special machines for lifting bags and cargo.
Love flying Icelandair and have done SEA to KEF and back a couple of times. I also have flown in and out of SEA many times. Loved seeing the approach from the cockpit view. Great pilots, and I loved hearing their backstories on how they got in to aviation. Your vids are the best.
So awesome to see the 757 the 757 is an absolute beast the last of the truly powerful muscle jets. Always great to see more woman pilots great video thanks
Excellent video done professionally as these pilots certainly know and follow their procedures with absolute confidence and shows how well pilots should never cut corners. Especially when one is at the controls and responsible for 1 passenger or hundreds of passengers. The professionalism was more than impressive. Bravo. Im only a pilot on a flight simulator installed on my phone and I understand more on what goes into flying an aircraft. I commend both of you and all your crew, also, that goes to every pilot and all crew involved in getting people where they wish to be , SAFELY. Thank you for doing your jobs, we wouldnt get far without you. Your amazing.
Go ladies! Awesome flight all the way. My dream was sim to the Captains- to be a flight attendant- then pilot , my dream didnt happen unfort from life events along the way, So I watch from here- all-the time, my dream is through these wonderful talented ladies- thank you for all that you do! Many blessing, safe travels and Merry Christmas 2022🎄☃️✈️🛫🛩️❤
Wow I'm in oar of your amazing skills, never knew just what went on in a cockpit. Very well done ladies and respect for just what you've achieved. Your family must be so proud, I certainly am...Have a safe career..Love Andre.
The 757 truly is one of the most under appreciated jets. It’s a shame production stopped instead of updating and retooling. Still they will be a familiar aircraft for quite some time to come. Very beautifully shot video. Lots of intimate details on what goes in to a flight. These ladies were a pleasure to watch and listen to.
@@leadoucet1432 One drawback I found is that they don't offer choices in their menu. In one video, someone said only beef was offered and that's something I don't take.
Hi good aftrnoon,,, greetings and thanks of share your video,,, Realy learn just a beat of concepts and the life in the cokpit,,, in this spectacular Aircraft,,, Justo fun,,,take our time and all atention,,, with admiration lm a fan of the aviation,,, have a good time and so long,,, your friend Oscar de Playa del Carmen Q R México,,,
Very good woman Captian it's always a Pleasure watching a woman fly these Powerful Jets keep up the Good work ,It's Joy to watch women Captian fly Jets 😀 👍
Will be a massive shame when all the 757s are retired - they are just as iconic as the 747-400. I only flew on a 757 once back in 2011. The best are the RR RB211 powered ones by a mile :D
Not if upstart airline Northern Pacific Airways has something to say about it. They unveiled their livery on a 757 the other day. The Anchorage based new airline plans to connect the US to Asia with a similar business model to Icelandair. With a fleet of 757's and talks with Boeing on 737-9max and Airbus A321XLR's for range capabilities. They should be commencing operations later this year. NPA and Icelandair might be the only air carriers to keep these 757's flying for a long time we hope.
@@mytech6779 umm!. not really. The 757 may carry more passengers but only has a range of 3900 nm and the 737 9max has a range of 3500 nm. While the 321 XLR has a range of 5000 nm but carries around 200 pax. JetBlue has daily flights from JFK to London Heathrow using an A321XLR and soon will be flying to London out of Boston. I doubt a 757 can reach the UK out of JFK unless it stops for fuel in Iceland aircraft need extra fuel for weather or other delays.
Yes you're very inspiring for me and maybe most of us who are watching you and listening to your efforts and experience flying ✈ those big Aircraft. Especially when you girls are in the cotpit of an aircraft. Congratulations 🎊 for your success and commitment to be a pilots of the Commercial aircraft. 🎉 🎉 ❤ ❤. 😊 Cheers 🥂 from NZ.
A LOT of LOVE went into building these planes. Our many family members including BOTH my parents, step mom, Uncles , cousins and nephews both by blood and marriage ALL KNEW they or a loved one would FLY on these planes!
Awesome flight....with great ladies...respect!)) Fantastic filming from this all....I love this....many thanks JP;)) Enjoy the weekend....warm greetings from the Netherlands X Betsy....🇾🇪💞🇺🇲✈❣😉.....
Very good flight on some of a route that I have flown before. USAF. Would fly with these ladies any time and have noticed that there is an increasing number of women pilots. Keep it up, good looks, polite ladies, and excellent pilots.
