Hello Frank! I, as a Colombian, have not been in Monserrate hill, but it is my favorite tourist attraction because there is a fantastic view of the city, also, there is a Red Bull bike sport event called downhill of Monserrate which is also fantastic, and I wish to go there someday to enjoy the event with my own eyes.
