Bogs: Time for a rebrand illustrated talk 

Throughout human history bogs and other wetlands have had a bad press. At best they have been regarded as unproductive wastelands, at worst a risk to life and limb. This is especially true on Dartmoor. It is only after centuries of attempts to drain, reclaim and exploit our peatlands, that we’re starting to realise their true value.
