Grabe yung wisdom na napulot ko sa video na to... di ko talaga kilala or alam yung channel ni Chef RV but I kept on watching kasi there was something good in his aura in the first few minutes na ramdam mong may substance syang tao. His comment about letting go of things to be happier, I already did in the first few months of this year and no joke, the peace that came with it is so satisfying.
