There's a reason why people like Wil and Chef JP gravitate towards Ninong Ry. It's evident from this BOH that Ninong is very articulate and intellectual. His interviews seems so seamless and he's very genuine. At this point, for role models, Ninong Ry is up there with the likes of Wil and Cong TV.

I started watching Ninong Ry a few days ago siguro dahil sa pregnancy cravings ko natatakam ako sa mga niluluto nya and at the same time natatawa din ako sa mga kalokohan ng team. Di ko pinapansin ung mga BOH episodes kasi akala ko wala lang or not interesting. After ko mapanuod BOH nila ni Bea and Will ang dami dami kong napulot na aral, realization at magagandang advice. This is the different side of Ninong. You cannot judge a book by it's cover talaga. Akala ko noon puro lang kalokohan si Ninong. God really knows when to act. I just watched Binday of Cong TV and this video was next on the Autoplay list. Binuksan ko lang talaga yung YT as a background noise habang nag huhugas ng mga kaldero at pinggan. I'm a dad of two beautiful kids and they just moved with me a month ago. After years of struggle, ngayon ko lang talaga sila makakasama sa isang bahay. I'm currently adjusting with the new set up and bro it's not easy as what I thought it was. Not only for me but also with my partner and kids. My finances and work were really affected but thank God, we're able to get by. Your talk about struggling before you get to where you are right now really moved me. This video is big help for my mental health as well, naka relate ako on so many levels but tamad ako mag type kaya ito na lang haha. Basta salamat, I've been a fan of both of you for a long time. I came to a conclusion, this guy is me. but he is fine. Imperfection is acceptable. The way you cook. Not over controlling, letting the mistakes be seen and letting us know it's acceptable.
