@João Victor Paiva That might not be right, Freddie never revealed the true meaning, you can believe that all you want but we will never really know, now that Freddie is gone.
@João Victor Paiva I thought it was about him lamenting because he had given so many people HIV. He didn't realize how much harm he was doing until it was too late. That's just what I hear from it tbh but it could be anything
I think Mozart would indeed catalog his music with opus numbers. The "K" stands for Koechel, the surname of Ludwig von Koechel who made the standard catalog of Mozart's works.
If you want to hear the difference vividly, try and perceive it as a completely different song. That way you don’t anticipate the notes or melody. That’s what I do.
This actually has a more 'nothing really matters' feel than the original. Its as if someone is fed up with life and the world and is about to do one last big thing.
It starts with him killing a man in who was mugging him he. slips into depression from the guilt he doesn't know why it guilts him so much and then it hits him he enjoyed killing that man infact HE LOVED IT so he begins killing those who mistreated him it sickened him on how they were so much better than him once hes finished with hes slaughter he sits upon his throne of bones and says to himself "nothing really matters" as it fades to black leaving him with he's madness
@@aayushparmar3482 Yeah, 'cos he surely could do all the high notes live, every night, for months on their world tours. Listen to some REAL live Freddie, not only Live Aid, Wembley '86 or Rock Montreal. He sucked in many whole concerts, for example in the entire Japan '79 tour.
Everything is relative, if the bohemian rhapsody that we're used to is the alternative version of this one then you would be making the same comment about the same video.
@@hagros93 I said "theyre going to commit suicide after recording it" Im not talking about the character inside the song, im talking bout Queen, and the song wasnt about them commiting suicide dumbass 😵😵
This Version actually is kinda interesting. I mean it feels so dark and heavy. It somehow fits to the text of the song. Stil prefer the original version tough 😂
The original song is an masterpiece because it is in A# Major but the song is sad. That is what gives us the different and unique feeling about it. Because major songs are supposed to be happy. But the original song is more like internal realizing and depth of thoughts (usually a minor or Dorian thing). So, if this song already sounds like minor even though it is in the major skill. Imagine what will happen if this song was in minor scale. Well this video is the result of that. A#minor. So it increased the depth of thoughts and feeling of realization to next level making it extremely sad and harsh. That's what makes it scary.
@@hidekiryuga3906 yea but knowing that makes this version unique too...becuz it fits the context of the song it literally feels like this version of the song could've existed in another reality😑. Though i do admit i prefer the original and this version has its flaws becuz it wasn't written in A Minor to begin with.
@@cindigonzalez7350 yeah sure 😁😁😁 it could've been amazing if it was originally made in A minor. Who knows. Music theory is a theory. We can't predict what will happen when we use it in practice 😃. But you got a good point 😁
It's like if "Don't Try Suicide" by Queen and "I Think I'm Gonna Go Kill Myself" by Elton John decided to have a very conflicting flight with lots of sexual tension
As Freddie said "you can do anything with my song, just don't make me boring" This version takes us to whole new level It ain't easy to edited Someone should know tone, how to edit them His skill is uncanny Good job man
0:00-2:17 is your depression starting and growing 2:17-3:01 is when your depression is too much and you break down and cry 3:01-4:05 is your inner demons spreading lies to you 4:05-4:52 is them coming out and fighting you in a video game-like boss battle 4:52-5:55 is when you have a victorious win but are left cold and alone

@@albertsyorengo9654 bad doesnt mean that it doesnt sound good it just that i'm so used to hearing the normal bohemian rhapsody so when i hear this version it sounds very odd to me
Come on guys. I'm a Brit. When I say "black" I sure as hell don't mean African-American. I mean black, black, black ..... in mood. Sounds like the sound track to clinical depression ffs ...
It sounds sad and unstable but beautiful at the same time because it lacks resolution to a major chord. That's why minor keys are great for verses but you need major keys for choruses...
It makes the lyrics hit harder than the original lol when you listen to the original you don’t feel the emotion of the lyrics just the voices and sound but now it really sounds depressing lol
This is much more appropriate to the theme of the song. It sounds like the protagonist is in extreme despair and terrified of what he has done. If they ever adapt Queen's music into a stage musical, this should be part of it.
Doesn't quite capture the futility and hysteria as well as the original imo. The original song was more of an emotional journey, whereas this version never quite breaks the sad droopy mood of the first segment just as well, if at all.
this is actually so interesting and provides a really elegant way to observe your own thought patterns regarding music. editing all of the track pieces must have taken ages, thanks for the video man!
MrNickz35 if i was to go about it i would initially separate each instrumental track if possible, then go ahead and edit each out of key note. how would you go about it (i would love to hear what you guys use)
Here Freddie sits, holding the gun, singing to his mother about his crime of killing a man, but he does not know that he has also shot his mother. When he realizes, he will continue to kill, due to the absence of his mother, and no one is truly safe, here in *the Twilight Zone*
