Kaleb Goldbeck I don't understand you know this isn't a hard song most pianist can play the song sight reading not worth mentioning and if you ask me she was lacking in dynamics
That wasn’t a burp lol that’s what we call a rasp, if you know music then you would realize that, that noise he did on “tomorrow” is called a rasp, something singers use to back-up their voices (mostly rock singers) I’m in a choir myself and I hardly use it but in songs like these I always use it not only for fun but to test my vocal range.
Nope. Most American choirs(or atleast the school ones) just consist of standing still and swaying most of the time. And a lot have basic clothing(usually black). Some do have more advanced ones. My school has mixed choir(which is just like this), Girls' Chorus(this, but the have uniform black dresses and all female), Tomahawks(all male and I haven't seen glee, but they do all the fun acting with their songs), Madrigals is the choir you have to audition for and DreamCatchers, but they are dancers, I don't know if they sing or lip-sync.
Actually, they have pretty fancy and cute clothes by Choir standards. I've never seen the random article of clothings in colors like this. It usually just white with black.
People freaking out about 4:14 and the fact that the song was "bad". Chill out man, they're just high school kids having fun. They're not professionals.
Me: *scrolls through comments when video gets to a dull point* *sees comments about **4:14* What happens at 4:14? Does someone trip over the microphone cord? Does someone's voice crack? Does the dude faint? Is 414 the new 420? *Gets to **4:14* wHaT JuSt HaPpEnEd
There's this little movie called *_Wayne's World_* that might be before your time, and during said movie, the guys are in their car listening to this song, lip-syncing, and when the guitars start up, they all start head-banging. It's become a "thing" that people do now during that section of the song.
It was pretty damn awkward to be honest, haha. But that is the rythm of bohemian rhapsody...you can't do anything diffrent than freaking the hell out! ^^
Only if it has good parts for the altos though. I don't want to get stuck singing a part that seems like it is actually meant for sopranos (like some songs do)
Destiny Wilson you get up there and sing infront of all those people. cracks happen all the time, even by the man that originally sings this song. keep your comments to yourself!
Bailey Morgan I'm a performer. I know what it's like to perform. I wasn't dissing on his voice break, I was simply stating the fact that the part at 4:14 wasn't even bad.
99% of the comments are asking about 4:14. The other 1% is actually about the singing Edit: I just watched the video again and saw that even the conductor lost it. I'm dead XD
The part at 4:14 is a fun nod to the film, Wayne's World. there a classic scene in the film where the guys are driving in the car, listening to this song, and when it gets to that part in the song, the guys all start banging their heads and rocking out, just like these singers did. I'm sure the clip from the movie is somewhere here on YT. it's really funny...
I love the simple fact that these kids had a good time doing a CLASSIC! The young man is to be commended. It isn’t easy performing in front of people. He actually has a nice voice! Freddy, Bryan, John, and Roger would be proud! #LongLiveQueen
@@kennichimercury9046 there are so many tv spots in Germany with songs from queen.. a Dacia Duster spot has another one bites the dust so everyone should know this song🤷♀️
Freddie Mercury was certainly one of the most impressive vocalists of all time, but he was often considered a little "unsteady" as a live performer. I agree though, this was just an ok cover, even for a high school choir.
@@frenzyyt4648 after doing a little more research its Parkway North High School, St. Louis, MO. I created a source merge from another person's video as well, if you want to use this. The sound quality is a little better here. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-31yFyqnqVsQ.html

My school choir did this song one time and I remember it sounded really good. Whenever choirs do Bohemian Rhapsody, it usually always sounds angelic and beautiful. Good job guys 👏🏻👏🏻
That main singer should get singing lessons! He has a beautiful voice and he could improve his voice so it won't break. I see a lot of talent in that boy
miuh cupcake I think it just broke cos he was nervous if you hear the difference in his voice in the beginning, where he still has nerves, vs. The middle/near the end it's clear he shook them off and he's not really nervous anymore. :)
Theo Miller because there is a different pitch ranges in this song and it's definitely hard on a boy going through puberty, as you can tell when his voice cracked
I am so so so impressed by every last one of you. To the lead singer, You simply amazed me. It is VERY difficult to get in front of a group of people and do what you did. BRAVO. You hit every note, with only one little mishap. One thing that some people fail to recognize is that when you pick up a microphone in an auditorium like that, the sound that comes from the speakers sounds different than the voice you are used to hearing from inside of your own eardrums and it takes a minute to adjust to the change in tone. I have seen the same from Freddie Mercury, himself. You did a great job recovering from that. Ignore haters. Haters are gonna hate. Dont let them ruin the magic that you made. My only suggestions would be to your chorus instructor to make arrangements for his soloist to be able to practice in the same room with the same microphone as will be used on the day of the big event, and to the soloist, when you step up to the microphone, do a quick microphone test with your voice before the song begins, so you can get the adjustment out of the way. Congratulations to the chorus instructor, the choir and especially to the soloist for a job well done! Shelly, San Diego, California
