I was told about this metal singer who had an incredible voice by my 89 year old mother who watched your Amazing Grace cover. She then continued down the RU-vid rabbit hole and watched a BUNCH of your other covers and told me I had to go listen to you because your voice was so good. So here I am. Down the same RU-vid rabbit hole listening to your videos and being in awe. I’m a 63 year old child of the 80’s rock legends so it’s hard to get me to subscribe to allot of the new artists. I’m not a metal music fan but am a fan of someone who can truly sing and control their voice right down to the control it takes to scream, (vocal fry, distortion, compression or whatever term you want to give it),out a song and still maintain control, tone, pitch, etc. I’m your newest fan. I’m convinced my 80’s music rivals would be impressed with your amazing talent.

I am a Dan Fan faithfully catching up on all his productions, and, so, tonight, I find this. THIS!!! What a jewel!!! No one could have done this EXCEPT them or Dan the Man: DAN WHO SINGLEHANDEDLY PRODUCED THIS MASTERPIECE!!!!! I don’t know if I am more stunned that one could do such a thing to this degree of perfection, or that the Internet could fail to recognize it, and make it go viral. Dan’s capability as an artist is EXCEPTIONAL! I find him to be the most competent artist in my lifetime. What this man attempts AND successfully accomplishes is mind boggling. He is beyond talented and skilled, and that combined with his passion and perseverance sets him in a class of his own. Dan is BRILLIANT!!! You are a gift to humanity blessing millions of young, old, and in between across the globe! Thank you for blessing us, Dan. I am so grateful for all you do! This is not a cover. As a Queen fan, I'd say It's a tribute. RESPECT ! As always you pay tribute to the classics of rock.

I tested you on this, by closing my eyes and just listening. Freddie had a once in a million year voice. We just found number two. This is such an incredibly hard song to sing, and yet with my eyes closed it was extremely difficult to tell the difference. Listened to your Living on a Prayer, Amazing Grace (just WOW). What makes a song special is whether your just singing the words, of feeling them. It's clear from the power and conviction you sing with, the words come from a place in your soul not many can achieve. Don't ever lose that, it makes you very special indeed. You send chills down my spine, and that is rare.

Dan took a masterpiece and put his own flavor on it while staying true to the original. Incredible.

I love covers like this when you can tell the person is clearly having fun. The part with all the different cameras and him making the funny faces honestly was my favorite, just seeing his enjoyment and fun makes the whole song.
