The best cover of this song I've ever heard. "Phenomenal" just doesn't do him justice. We need another word. Thanks, Ray, for posting this. It should be a huge hit.

@@RayVandenburg No, I can't think of one to do this justice. It does bring back a comment by Dafydd from quite a while back. The one about people at the show not appreciating how good the caste of Classics actually are. There is not a mediocre performer in the bunch. As Nephi said in his reaction to My Way 2017, "they all can really sing." No fooling, just and unbelievable performance by Joseph Clark, and like with Amira, he's a very "natural singer" no strain no sweat in whatever he performs. CA has a stable of unbelievably good performers, all world class. They need to put together a show and take it on tour. Lets hope it happens someday soon.

Astoundingly awesome performance. The crowd could have gone home just after this one song, but no, there was an entire night of more on this same caliber (as I understand) by many, many others, as well. How many hundreds (and perhaps thousands) of rehearsal hours must have gone into what we see here? Just in this one song I can see considerable evidence of a great deal of behind-the-scenes effort, and it does make me wish I could have been there, but what a blessing and treat, for those who were. :-) :-)

I was there - CIG is really a variety show but of a very HIGH standard - the Coleske Brothers have nailed the concept and it could go anywhere in the world, and perhaps should!

I think the Coleske Brothers need to perform this magic across the world AKA Andre Rieu. They alone can mix popular with classical and with world class performers.

I am from the USA and found this group through Amira. What fantastic show. Bought a new multi region dvd player to play the dvd's and we'll worth it. We have good orchestra, but never seen an event as good as this one. So, much talent in South Africa, we could use some of it

Spectacular rendition ! His Freddie Mercury ...... second to none. I've said it before and I'll say it again. This is why he and Amira must eventually hookup for Amira's " Barcelona " redo. The guy's as close to Freddy as you're gonna get. And Amira's got Cabelles (RIP Montserrat) part down pat. I get chills thinking about how THAT could sound !

He does capture the essence of Freddys stage presence as well as the beauty of the vocals. When Amira joined the classics family Joseph Clark was who I thought she was most likely to perform with but it hasn't happened yet. Barcelona would be a great start for the two of them.

Yes Joe, it seems Classics have removed him on the newest poster, although the program description still mentions his performance.

I have watch a video of him practicing Barcelona ( A good version never made it to You Tube)and thought he would be the one to perform it with Amira.

Johan; CIG always ends with an Ensemble number, last year was it 'My Way', this year 'Keeping The Dream Alive'. Bohemian Rhapsody is track 25 out of 28. After having watched the DVD a couple of times, I didn't have the feeling you've described. A great compliment for the entire group and orchestra that they captivate you to the very end.

@@RayVandenburg Good Evening Ray, thank you very much for the info, yes,of course , I forgot the Enemble number, I have not seen all the other acts, but what I have seen the last year of CIG I agree entirely with you...they are professionals , very entertaining and a lot of variety. Also I read your tip of the full bio, very interesting, an eyeopener. And many times in NL . Thence I hit one of the recomondations on the bio, and yes, Joseph Clark & Sibongile with Barcelona from 2009. Couldn't resist to make in that old post a recomendation for him to have a try with Amira as wished by some of us. Would be a surprise if I reached him ((:D
