I have the goddess boho locs in the toffee color. My natural hair is thick and 14 inches long. I used this same braiding pattern and the look is stunning! Very versatile allowing me to pull up in high bun, side part and all. The locs are plentiful and held up after installing twice so far! I have to get this "brond" color for the fall.
I’m sooo excited. I ordered the beach bob! I was about to go to the BSS and decided to look at golden blonde loc styles and this company came up. I sure did drop $157 on this black owned business! I’m beyond excited to try em out! I think I found the style I’ll be using to grow my hair out! My 13 year old had locs from age 4 and a half till age 11 and hers looked like these. I miss then so much but how exciting to be able to Rock faux locs that remind me of hers!? Yay!
Great job Lulu>>>I think either method of wrapping or pull through is great...saw some folks shady comments on other videos but folks should do what’s best fo them 👍 as a stylist>>>wrapping last longer but pull through is lighter and sometimes folks hair is so thick that only wrapping works...I usually decide based on client and thickness of parts they want
So glad that a African Style is designed and sold by a woman who is African. So many products that people all around the world use come from " Sub-Saharan Africans " , but so few people know about their contributions. Including many African Americans. Coca- Cola, Shea Butter, Rooibos Tea, Burdock Root to name a few. For 100s of year women in Chad developed and used Chebe to grow long hair. Chebe is all the rage now. And it is being sold by White or Asian owed companies making huge profits. Very few East African or Africans making money from inventions they developed. After all Elvis is the "King of Rock-n-Roll" . And African Americans don't seem to be aware or care. They will shout "racism". But too many of them do not know how to build a community.
Hi love the locs I have done my own hair and have been wearing them for about a week but my plaits keep sliding out the loc how do I stop this from happening thanks xx
I'm not understanding something. She says that the pack she is holding contains 120 locs (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hmFBUSJyDqE.html) and they are separated out into bundles of 40 (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hmFBUSJyDqE.html). The video shows what appears to be 6 bundles on that panel she is holding. So... 40 x 6 = 240, not 120. Am I missing something? Please help.
