@@elvie174able yeah, I think I said a month back that you should be finished before Christmas. They will try and stretch it out, time is money😜. Actually you should have a contract and in the contract it should state the estimated date of completion/handover, unless you are doing it privately.

We are currently in Mactan Cebu, looking at buying lot in Guindalman Bohol. Was thinking hiring crew but dont know if can handle stress :-) Thinking paying a bit more and just get solid contactor? Thoughts? Thank you. Mark

@@daysoff4ever The skilled worker I use is my wifes cousin and is just a freelancer and uses my wifes brothers as his labor crew.
