Good job Batul Ben. Just make a note, after pouring egg in pan we need to give ghee tadka first so that egg gets set n then keep pan on gas. Rest all good. ..... please show patweliya gosht recipe if patweliya are available at your place.

We live in the west band some suburbs do not have gas stoves. We have electric stoves. How long we need to cook on electric stoves. Gas you Sadie 40 mins but I guess on electric it has to be 60 or 70 mins. Pls let us know

Batul bahen Assalam Alaikum. I do prepare lagan ni seekh with mince beef with same ingredients as you showed. Also I add fried onions and also some meat tenderizer so your final product will be really soft. Hope you will try it.🙏🌺

No no need to add oil.but your pan must be nonthick otherwise you put some oil on pan for greasing.
