Boiling of paddy for making rice Odia VARRAT Odisha 

91 ltrs of water was taken in a drum and boiled for 45 minutes.Then 90 kgs of paddy seeds were poured to heating drum.After 4 hours water was drained and fired for 1 hour.Then the seeds are ready for drying.In this method less fuel is used and whole process can be completed by less labour and time.
