During his weekly press conference, Bryan Harsin responds to the four Mountain West teams beating Power 5 schools in week one. Harsin says he gets excited for other conference teams when they beat P5 schools but isn't surprised by it.
Harsin is right. Football is football. The only advantage Power 5 schools is they typically get first look by recruits. Successful G5 schools work harder to identify diamonds in the rough. Boise State proves it can be done year in year out.

You are playing a 5-7 Fsu team not a Winston led Fsu team. While it’s big for you reality is at end of season you will not get the respect you are seeking until you play in a confernce week in week out. This coach is not being honest your not playing a Clemson after or a Miami or Syracuse big difference when you habe to gsmeplan week in week out. Your win is big on a name brand only not on a skill level Fsu right now is not Fsu caliber. Had you did that against a Winston led team it would be impressive. Boise has a good team but you lose 3 games in your conference is like losing 6 games in a better conference. I do think they should expand playoffs to confernce winners so Boise can have a chance to compete at that level but until then your one big game a year is a joke. If FSU sucks again this year nobody going to care u beat them. Fsu will be back just going through transition like everyone else has
