I feel like the message of this anime is to go beyond what you thought you were capable of. To keep fighting at whatever it is, whether your just trying to succeed in school or change the world. To demonstrate your ability at the highest standard possible, and become the roll model for others so they can follow in your footsteps. And if you do fail, learn from your mistake, and keep fighting with courage and love. Isn't that what it means to be a hero?

@@blenderium What if instead of show focusing on Mirio, it would still focus on Deku but he would try to get to Hero course without a quirk? It's technically possible but super hard. Maybe season 1-2 is him being in general/support course trying to transfer like Shinso
@@danielsurvivor1372 I mean, Deku's skill on reviewing strength and weaknesses of heroes and villain is really good, with some support items, even he is quirkless. He can even became above quirk users level.

When I first watched episode 4, I realized how special the show was going to be. In the robot exam when he saved Uraraka, who he didn't even really know at that point, potentially knocking himself out of the exam, I realized that the show wasn't just about being flashy and having power. It was about becoming a hero. Ultimately what heroes do is save people. With the world on fire, sometimes we need heroes, be they real or fictional, to inspire us to know that we can make it through

I think is something about the main character. Isuku is just a normal boy struggling to be the best, but without any power up, until now the only "magical" power up had sense because he needed someone else to achieve victory. For me thats the trick, I feel like he is really doing a sacrifice. Not like Luffy who is just like "meh, I can handle this"
We identify with him, because he's anxious, nervous, terrified, socially awkward, has struggles we can relate understand and have (some of us) gone through with before, and is just a nerdling little kid. He's giving it everything he's got just to eek by, and is totally committed on an emotional level to doing his best--especially with all of his Fears, his Hopes, his Aspirations, and Hurdles. He's scared, we know that. Everyone can see he's not good enough yet to be a match with anybody on his own without pulling on All Might's Gift. But it doesn't matter. He's like Mumen Rider, if he had an uncontrollable, nigh unstoppable gift that might kill him if he doesn't use it carefully. He's like us, because he doesn't have the SuperConfidence and smile that goes with the cape.

I normally do just enjoy anime in general, because of the great pacing and music involved BUT My Hero Academia's OST is something else. It's literally so integral to the whole show, just like how hisashi joe is to hayao miyazaki. It makes you believe in this world, as it is meant to be showed.
I love the way the music is mostly the same sometimes but the tone is changed to create a different feeling. or the same notes but its using voices making it sound sad. one example is the difference between 5:19 and 10:58. they both sound so similar and yet he's made one sound so sad and the other so hopeful
i listened to this while running on the treadmill. and the first track made me set it to really high speed and i ended up sprinting crazy fast during the whole song. i also screamed XD
This show is the only reason i'm still alive and i'm so thankful to the creators for giving us such an amazing masterpiece, it's musically, physically, perfect, yes there are shows that are as good, but my hero academia is the only that can give me so many emotions at once, i literally get goosebumps at every episode, thank you tohei horikoshi and toho animations for your great work

Awely 畏敬の念 yah... but the tournament was... pretty bad, let me explain, the main battles were f1king awesome but (except todoroki vs bakugou...) so.. the only good battle was todoroki vs midoriya and the rest of battles except from uraraka vs bakugou were pretty fast, lets compare it to naruto pre-chunnin exams, that battles were better, like the secondaries battles and rock lee vs gaara is a legendary battle, midoriya vs todoroki was also good but the rest of battles... meh
I'm a hundred years late, but I think I disagree. I definitely liked the secondaries battles in Naruto, but I think the pacing was much more satisfying with MHA. Idk, but for me it's refreshing to not have battles that stretch over multiple episodes with drawn-out flashbacks/side-tracking.
Yeah I wasn't looking forward to the tournament honestly because in anime and manga it drags on and on but the pace was really good with MHA, really drawn out battles tend to make me stop following the story cause I get bored.
I thought this anime was stupid and didn't watch it until now and it is so beautiful. Not only because I strive to be a "hero" (someone who is kind to others) but also because it teaches us so much about love and more.
Like some people said, this anime has good feelings inside of it. Even if a hero has fallen or died, they must move on with a burden holding them back, but even so.. they keep going, not giving up. Just as All Might lost most of his strength while fighting All For One, he still never gave up and kept fighting. That's what a hero truly is, someone who never gives up and fights with all the strength they have. They might go higher than they are supposed to, just to defeat and help others. Those heroes fight with wounds, but also wounds that tell them to not give up. Just what a hero is. :D
Everytime this ost starts to play me and my siblings pretend to have shades and go, " *Myckie-rolllllll* " it doesn't really play anymore especially towards the end though (I haven't even finished season 1 yet, but almost).
Awww, I remember being obsessed with this soundtrack 5 years ago, preparing for my first ever serirous set of exams in highschool and now I am writing my report that is due in a day during exam week in my first choice Engineering course in my first choice university doing what my teachers told me would be hard to achieve with grades like mine. What I am saying is thank you for this playlist and this has definitely kept me motivated to keep going:)
I haven't watched this but my father does. Even though I don't really know anything, the soundtracks sound so amazing! It somehow makes you subconsciously hold your breath, and you heart squeezes a little, but for a good reason, y'know? It's a good feeling, a feeling that you wish would never end, but just as fast as it hits you, it's gone. Then it comes back again when the, uhh, motivational part comes back on, yknow? This anime has a good message. I'm thinking of this anime and then other animes I've watched and can't find anything like it. When I just look at it, I tell myself, what anime is like this? Then I think.. "No other anime has such a message", now I'm not saying other animes have boring and bad messages, I'm just saying this is one of the best animes to me and it has such a good story. I'd like the people who are continuing this anime live with the message they made. This is also one of my favorite animes I've watched so far. (2 years later: dude what was I doing)
@@armanlifts Yep cuz the creator of bnha is a fan and is very much inspired by the Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto. You can see some of the influence scattered in bnha. It also give me a bit of Naruto feels but the story and structure of the bnha is just slightly more organized imo.

They go to school, they train, they do work study, dorm rooms, etc. No other anime makes me want to be the best version of myself in such a real life relatable way. Every young kid should watch this anime, we will have far more productive people in society
