That's on him, not Steffy. Steffy said that he had enough and went to call a cab and Liam was so drunk that he got the make over. Steffy didn't give him the make over. Steffy doesn't owe Hope anything. Liam is the one that lets both of them down. He is the one that makes these choices. Hope should have stuck to her guns and found a love with someone else.
