Melissa_lifeinthebooks so in response to that I will say this. Hope and Liam had chance after chance to get it together and something always came between them and that was not always Steffy. It was Liam and Hope getting in their way. Hope was with Oliver wayyy before Liam and Oliver rejected Steffy’s advances what is Liam’s excuse? When Steffy left for Paris after she lost the baby. There was no one standing in there way. Then Wyatt came on the scene and Hope wanted Liam to feel what she felt all those times he was with Steffy which was understandable but even with Wyatt she wanted Liam. Both characters are childish and need to grow up and they are perfect for each other. Santimonious, hypocritical, and boring. Liam was only interesting with Steffy. I’m not saying what Steffy did during those times wasn’t wrong. She was a chip off her stepmother’s block but the difference is Steffy grew up. Hope never did, hell even Brooke didn’t really grow up but just got older. Hope was holding on to an old love that she couldn’t let the idea go that they weren’t meant for each other. Liam and Hope work better with other people. Now the past is the past because when Hope left Liam could have went after her. Liam could have told Ivy he still lived Hope and wanted a chance with her. Steffy is too much of a woman for Liam. Is she flawed? Yes but so is Hope. Hope should have never went after Liam while he was separated from Hope. There was a child involved and Liam needed time to heal and forgive Steffy. The point is there was a baby coming and Steffy could have lost that baby due to the stress of Bill harassing her, Hope going after Liam, and Liam’s indecisiveness. The real victim in this is Kelly. Hope wasn’t thinking about Kelly and as soon as she found out she was pregnant it was like Kelly didn’t matter no more. The writers should have never made Hope pregnant.

I think people bring it up because Liam would not come out of his hotel or speak to anyone. When she first got back he was the only one he would talk to. Stephy asked her if she would talk to Liam on her be half especially since she was pregnant. Hope did start out trying to make Liam see he needed to work on things with Stephy because of his baby. She didn't let her feelings for Liam confuse her or get in the way until Wyatt started telling them Stephy was still sleeping with Bill, she got played just like Liam was it wrong yes but everyone knows you never completely get over your real first love. People can hate Hope if the want to, I will be honest and say I have always been a Hope fan so I personally will say she started off with good intentions and her and Stephy were actually getting along and looked like a bond was forming. I wish they would become super close like sisters I think they could be a real power couple but it's not far she gets blamed for everything and Stephy never see's the wrong within herself.

I think you have that all wrong Steffy went after all Hope's boyfriend's if you can remember Oliver Steffy tried to get him in her underwear but he knocked her back then Liam came on the scene and Steffy was having it off with Bill while he was married to Katie then when Bill decided to stay with Katie and she found out Liam was Bill's son and he was with Hope from the start Steffy started sniffing around him so no Hope didn't go after everything Steffy had it was the other way around untill Steffy jumped in the sack with Liam. Because Hope wanted to wait untill they were married but it was easy for Steffy because she should be called easy..
