At a minimum they had an emotional affair that spanned a length of time and included multiple physical interactions, including kissing, holding hands, and a foot-rub, as I recall. Call it some other word if you like. The point is it was not a one time thing or even a one time thing that happened in an emotionally vulnerable space. It was an interaction that happened over a span of time.
Though Steffy didnt actively pursued Bill in their situation, she still made a terrible and implusive decision to sleep with Bill whilst with Liam. I love this analysis!
Although I love Bill with Steffy! I think Steffy should have been Bill's daughter, because neither of his sons r not at all tough like "Dollar Bill". Steffy is strong and would have been great as the sibling sister way better than Caroline. Caroline always running to Uncle Bill 4 help with her men. First Rick now Thomas. Steffy needs no help at all, her character would have been great as a Spencer woman!

This episode is so sad because of Douglas. They calling him a Spencer man and seeing him at his families company. But now in present day he’s not even a Spencer anymore. They totally erased his lineage.
