YES, and it is satisfying to see Macy finally be _completely herself_ again. And what we are seeing here is that Macy's reasoning actually differs from Stephanie's, Eric and Sheila's. They wanted to delay their divorces for selfish reasons. But Macy's reasons are _not_ selfish - she accepts the divorce because she believes it is what will make _Thorne_ happy. And this is also the reason why she will change her mind when Brooke arrives with the divorce papers - because she sees Brooke's actions as proof that Brooke is _not_ the kind of person who could make Thorne happy. Whether Macy agrees to the divorce or opposes it , she does it with Thorne's happiness in mind.

Yes, agree with both of you. It was so nice to see Macy sober, calm, with her hair curled neatly which somehow restores her to herself. In a way, having real Macy back just retroactively strengthens everything she’d been saying all along while drunk. She’s clear-headed, but she’s still seeing everything the same way.

I've said under another post. Brooke asked for a night of passion with Ridge after Thomas birth in exchange for their marriage's annulment.

Ridge singing about the itsy spider spinning its Web while we saw Morgan daydreaming was prob the most clever thing the writers did in a while. However.. It would have been much more clever, if we did not just have to HEAR about what Morgan did, rather than SEE it for ourselves. And I'm still not sure what is her end game in all this weaving. I hear that song and I think it would have been so much more appropriate for Sheila, whose endgame we knew and we actually SAW scheming to reach her goal. Esp when we saw her going thru all the trouble to volunteer at the hospital, and try to switch the paternity tests (even that was much better story telling bc we followed all her actions, and knew she was switching the tests, but wouldn't really know for quite some time if she really succeeded. But she did manage to alter the others' course of events in her favour). I was way more invested in Sheila than I am with Morgan.

Great observation about Ridge connecting the two storylines again. And yes it would've been so much better to actually _see_ Morgan spinning her web.
