@@abrahamgetachew5898 yes you need a first degree in any on STEM departments (Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science....). You also will need to be 25 years old or higher. You'll partake a series of Exams and if Ethiopian Airlines Group finally chooses you as a candidate (Based on your result on entrance test) you will take 2 years flight school then you will be required to return that 4 million ETB via deduction from your monthly salary. For Male you need to be 1 meter and 70 Centimeters. For Female 1 meter and 68 Centimeters.
