I like the bolo tie but it's rarely worn in the northeastern US. Thanks for the share and i'll give it a try.

I like them too, I just wore one the other day rather than grabbing my usual necklaces.😀

What wire gauge works best for this method?

Thanks for the new video:) May I ask ask you a question? I’m trying to make large fat links for a necklace. I’m using 9g 1/2 round and no matter what I do including using the nylon tipped pliers and still I can’t stop from marring the links. I’m trying to get them to meet perfectly so they’ll solder nicely but in trying to manipulate the tight dimensions of the rings they get really mucked up. I have also tried annealing them after cutting them. Is there a trick to this?

Unfortunately I don’t have a recommendation beyond what you’re already doing. I always have a little cleanup of the metal rings myself.

@@amuckdesignokay, yeah, I’m doing the same thing. The thicker the wire the tougher it is the bend it to where it is seamless eh? Thank you so much for responding:)your videos are really so helpful. I appreciate them very much.

@@Shukarr yeah definitely gets more difficult with heavier gauges. Thank you so much, I appreciate your comment.😃
