I feel ya Judda lad, I'm 55 and, I'm still stuck in addiction. I had a shitty childhood, a bully for a father and, a nonce for an uncle who sexually abused me. I have a very small family, there's only me and my 77 year old mother, who does an awful lot for me. I suffer from crippling anxiety and depression and, rarely, if ever go out. I've done a life sentence in my bedroom. Being alone is awful and, I often think about harming myself. What hurts me the most is that I'm well aware that life is a gift from God, is only fleeting, but with the right support can be a wonderful experience, but as I have neither love nor support, is a truly miserable existence. I yearn for happiness.
Bill if you're mate is getting lonely and depressed I strongly advise him getting a dog if that's a possibility. It will fill all those voids and much more. Best thing I ever did was to get my furry lunatic

I'm a longterm addict aswell(nearly 25 years)and lonelineness and isolation and depression are bad especially for people like Judder and myself and others who live alone...I have my family but wonder how i"ll get on when my parents are passed away etc. Great video lads..much love and respect ❤

No meetings in winsford or Northwich anymore I don't think there is anyway we did used to have a CA meeting but nobody really went when I had been there in the past. I am at the point where I need to get my shit together again. I know I can do it but it's making that decision to say enough is enough time to stop.
