@kd7rzv I actually don't use Mixcraft to monitor the sound, I also experience the latency problem. I have my guitar run through my computer as well as a mixer that's connected to my computer and my interface. The mixer lets me monitor the sound with no latency as it records into my computer. :)
@DoggieB92 Thanks! I actually don't use the DFH, I really don't like the sound. So I only use the default pop/rock kit with adjustments to the EzDrummer Mixer and to the note velocities. :)
@Moonchild1607 When I make the compilation, it's going to be Nintendo 64 Medleys 2 to differentiate between the original and compilation version. I'm hoping to remix and master these when I get there. That way the songs sound like a album. :)
@mewnessbro I felt that since not a lot of people have played the game, I'd hook them with those two. I felt like the Multiplayer Battle song would be a good ending since it's heavy and I wanted to go out with a band, per se...
I'm so glad that i was not the only child out there that played this fine game, this cover is awesome. The nostalgia just comes back when ever i listen, thanks for this one from a big fan. ;)
"Duplicates are not allowed for favorites" ... "Duplicates are not allowed for favorites" ... "Duplicates are not allowed for favorites" ... "Duplicates are not allowed for favorites"
Holy shit. I was already listening to every song you've done, and I was thinking "man, he's done medleys of pretty much every game I've ever played, except for like bomberman 64" I'm blown away.
man a second ago i was bored as hell and didn't knew what to do this evening...now i found this and i will start playing 1:35 to 2:38 over and over, until i fall asleep due to exhaustion :D!!! 5* such great work should actually get more than 5 stars or a "like"..keep it up, man
Very recently my friends and I played through this game taking turns on the stages. I have to say, I literally screamed when I saw this in my subscription box.
Ha, that's how Paper Mario was for me. Played through it three times as a kid but never acknowledged the music. Playing through it again recently, though, and it all just came rushing back. Fantastic medley you have here, sir. Bomberman 64 is a pretty surprising choice, but an excellent one. Always loved the soundtrack. :D Great work arranging them.
I gotta say, Theres always one morning every week, where I wake up and your new Medley is on... It really makes my day, and the rest of my week to be exact
Awesome, as always. I remmeber playing this game, never beat it though, got stuck on the fire level. Loved the Multiplayer as well. great fun. I am looking forward to your next 4 medleys, im guessing that 3 of them will be Diddy Kong Racing, Banjo Tooie, and Majoras Mask, so I am very excited about the next month. Thanks for making videos like this, it makes a lot of people (including myself) very happy for all the hard work you do to make these videos.
\mmmmmmmmmmm/ Epic as always, good sir! This really woke me up after having 4 hours of class, a test, and with only 4 - 5 hours of sleep last night. Let it be know that you wake the sleep-deprived world with you're explosively awesome covers...get it, 'cause it's Bomberman and....yeeeeaaaaah, I'm still tired...but not AS tired as I was before!
Great job as always! The production here feels especially good. Believe it or not, Bomberman 64 was not a huge part of my childhood, but Bomberman Hero and Bomberman: The Second Attack were, and I would love to see stuff from those now. I would love to see a Bomberman 64-3, but with Hudson now closed down that's not gonna happen. Damn. Long live Bomberman!
@FamilyJules7X no, that was a remix of the main themes. he means like Snake Eater, the MGS4 love theme, Alert, Battle in the Base, Yell Dead Cell (a must) , old snake, that kind of thing.
@Destroyaj Yeah, got like 3 hours sleep the night before I did this, luckily it pretty much knocked me out so that I had enough energy to mix, master and edit. :)
@FamilyJules7X Ah, I see. After doing some more messing around with Mixcraft, I found that if you use the ASIO setting, it eliminates the latency, without the need for a mixer. Thanks much!
Hey man. Awesome videos. You're my hero, dude! I had a question though: How do you deal with the latency in Mixcraft? Do you use the ASIO setting for recording?
oh wow I can actually say this is awesome to everyone : - im a huge fan of jules but maybe everyone should slow down on the requests i know i cant say much cos i requested conker but seriously give the guy a little break before it makes him ill
