hey just in case you know or something because i dont know/understand how to find out: how do i know which pairs of bon charge glasses are the strongest for blocking out blue light? i dont really care about the budget since i can afford them but idk which ones are the most effective at blocking the blue light? it doesnt really say or am i just being stupid? it doesnt seem like the more expensive they get the more blue light they block out but i cant really tell? which ones did you get? are the ones you got most effective or block out the most blue light? if so tell me the name please

which glasses are best for day time for computer programming ?

also have you tried the computer program f.lux? do the glasses seem to work better or equal to that program?
