Bon Jovi has a ton of hits. The “slippery when wet” album is legendary. Every song on that album is a banger. Pick one and rock out. Also check out one of the bands Bon Jovi brought up with them called Skid Row. Skid Row songs to listen to - 18 and Life, Wasted Time, Monkey Business.

Can't go wrong with Bon Jovi......throw a dart at all their music and play....it'll be great. Check out Jon's song he did for movie Young Guns called Blaze of Glory (about Billy the Kid and gang). For more romantic either Bed of Roses or Living on a prayer....I also suggest song from comeback 90s It's my life.....kind of an anthem for young ppl 😊. Stay safe 💗🕊️

Took my friend to their concert years ago as surprise. She is a diehard fan. I knew some of their songs, but didn’t own an album. They won me over. Wow. Great in concert! Really admired the drummer who never stopped and Sambora. Jon had him sing one of his hits in big part, and that man can really sing in his own right. My guilty pleasure is Bad Medicine. My gosh that was fun singing in unison with 20000people. Great reaction! 👍🏻👍🏻

Awe man so happy u feel better George!! Bon Jovi puts on an epic show .. he has an exceptional way contacting with the audience & having them interact with him. A great track here. Bon Jovi formed in 1983 & still going strong. I was blessed to have attended their "This house is not for sale tour" here in Atlanta Georgia Feb of 2017 (VIP tickets). I was a young English teacher back in the days and we made a stage play, a western story with this song playing in the background. 6th graders dressed like cowboys all loving and singing “Dead or alive”. Slippery when wet was my favourite album and yes, you can sing!

I haven't heard this song before and I love it. Very uplifting as you say. I do like Bon Jovi, they have some great songs. I can relate so much to your comments - I also have felt pretty down now and again during this bloody awful pandemic - lockdowns etc and although things are moving on, it still seems we have such an almighty way to go. It's music that has helped me so much, I'm probably listening to more music now on a daily basis than I've ever done before. Crikey, you need something. I'm glad you're feeling better, George, music has such power to get you out of a fit of the blues! Patrick, my dad's favourite westerns were the spaghetti ones with Clint Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, that was his most favourite. I love it too and the music (Morriconi) is fab! I enjoyed listening to your reactions, guys as usual. Take care.

Typically in American culture, a Steel Horse means a Motorcycle. But it could in their case mean any means of transportation. But because of the typical association of Steel Horse meaning a motorcycle, this song has definitely become an iconic song to many of us who ride Harley's. At least that is where the song takes me.

Helene here.....I’m asking a sincere question here so don’t hate on me people: When people dismiss or sniff at “hair bands of the eighties” are they thinking of Bon Jovi and/or Def Leppard? Because I think they’re both good bands and put out some great songs....and yet so many look down on that music now....both younger people AND folks from my generation who grew up with sixties and seventies music. I mean, I’m a Zeppelin.and Pink Floyd gal to the core, but I think this is a great song and does a fine job, along with the video, of dealing with a subject that many musicians have written about: How touring constantly can literally kill you.

Great song but so many people saying it was used in Young Guns 2 when it wasn't. The producers asked if they could use it because of the western feel that it has. Jon bon jovi said no because it meant so much to the band he considers it their national anthen. But that he would write something specifically for the film which was Blaze of Glory.
