I too, have never received a sample from BOND NO.9, and I have collected 26 full bottles over the years. Sending in the card was useless.

My condolences to NYC - under the curse of the "mayor" and "governor." There couldn't be 2 more evil and shady people. No wonder people are leaving in droves!!!
