Distraught mothers always pull on my heart strings. I’ll never forget having to call my mom to tell her my sister had died. I was 10 years old and she was 6. This video has the waterworks flowing
Parenting tip. Every time you go somewhere, take a picture of each of your kids in what they are wearing, take another if they change clothes for whatever reason. The kids can think its for the photo album. But if the unfortunate happens and you get separated from the kid- rather then desperately trying to remember the words to describe them or what they were wearing you can literally just show off the photo makes things a lot easier (spoken from experience)
I was so curious to know what he was saying! I knew he was adamant because he kept repeating it, smart boy, it's scary being in a place you don't speak the language of as an adult, it must've been absolutely harrowing for him
I am watching this and saw the one about a boy, and you did not understand the language or even identify it. Use a translator program on your phone, you do not need to know the language, just have the person/child speak into the phone, the translation program should be able to discern the language. This is the second recommendation, I don't have all the answers, but I believe the best decisions are made as a collective. If you have a problem and wish my help, let me know I am retired, and my time is my own.
In Australia Is Narcan over the counter? Over the Counter (OTC) Naloxone It is a life-saving medication used to reverse an opioid overdose, including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioid medications. Narcan® nasal spray is now available to purchase OTC in places like drug stores, convenience stores, grocery stores and gas stations, as well as online.
“Under the national Take Home Naloxone program, naloxone will be available free of charge and without a prescription across all participating pharmacies in Australia. Naloxone is also available over the counter from non-participating Take Home Naloxone program pharmacies for a fee.”
I live in Ontario Canada and in my area ANYONE can get a Naloxone kit free to keep on your person incase you discover someone experiencing a overdose, Fentanyl laced drugs are very common in our area, they have resorted to even lacing marijuana now because it is legal now, for the longest time most of the issues here were cocaine and a large majority were using prescription meds such as Percocet or oxys, there were a few cases of meth users BUT apparently now these people ALL want fentanyl, I don’t understand why anyone would be that desperate for something that can kill you, it’s like holding a gun to your head with 1 or 2 bullets and playing Russian Roulette, it’s sad to see how something as small as a grain of salt can kill someone, it is NOT WORTH IT!!!
28:39 when he said "they come down here for Christmas" I was thinking, why the heck would you go to the beach in the middle of winter? Then I realized it was summer for them🤦♀🤦♀
I moved to Germany from Texas three years ago, and I'm only now developing a gauge of Celcius, it's crazy how hot it is, 104°f! I've definitely experienced that in Texas, but it's a horrid humid heat, no sauna needed
*It's easy to say stay calm when it's not your child. I know. You have stayed calm for the entire time you were looking **_before_** you approached lifeguards, but they don't realize that all the time. Now that it is not all on you, the relief of help allows you to then consider the possible outcomes and **_THEN_** you start freaking.*
@@TheJudiBambiPurrsParadox Most of the lifeguards here actually do have children and have said it’s happened to them, they understand but info needs to be handed over and unless you calm down it’ll only make things worse. They do get jt
*JENNIFEERRRR!* legend says that if you listen carefully, and the wind is blowing just right, you can still faintly hear the sounds of “jennifeerrrr” floating by on the breeze
So Bob can't say outright he's by himself because his mum will obviously be furious, that's why he needs his stuff so he can get home and not be found out. Crafty little bugs kids😂
good on you all, doing a good job mates, and I feel bad for all those people but glad it (almost) always turns out well… and I kinda wish the teen boys’ mums wouldn’t lose it as if they’re helpless toddlers, teens, especially boys I reckon, start being more independent (and reckless…) and want to go off by themselves, sometimes without telling the others first… even if that can worry them because foreign country and all that… just gotta teach them well so they stay safe and communicate when they can (: have a brilliant weekend lads/all!
I don't like how the narrator keeps saying everyone has heat stroke, he said the mom passed out from heat stroke and that's not it, it was probably more hyperventilating that caused her to pass out, heat stroke is very serious and if she truly was having a heat stroke they would have sent her (or should have sent her to the er)
It's a combination of things. Heat exhaustion, hyperventilating, dehydration, emotional distress. I googled, apparently heat exhaustion is the less severe form, then the medical emergency kind is heat stroke. I didn't know that before. Coloquially in tue UK and presumably in Aus too, we use them interchangably. The go to being heat stroke.
Unbelievable how many lost small children !! What is wrong with parents not watching their children on this beach ! Some people just don't need to be parents because thwy are too careless with the most important and precious person in their lives !!
I jate it when people blame the parents for a child going missing. While yes, sometimes it is because the parent was careless, it could also be a child gets distracted and wanders off while a parent deals with their other children or they simply get separated. It's a big and busy beach, and people need to recognise that.
Except in rare circumstances, drowning people are physiologically unable to call out for help. ... The mouths of drowning people alternately sink below and reappear above the surface of the water. ... Drowning people cannot wave for help.
Beardy is _absolutely_ right on some people thinking these guys are "the world cheapest baby sitting service" I swear to god, I know it can happen real quick and happens to even the best parents, but it's hard to feel bad for some of these parents... need I even mention the asian lady @ 33:08 sitting around not doing a thing to help lifeguards find her 17 year old son, Fan. Wtf? I don't get that one
@raeleenchapman5842 Some of these were filmed in the early 2000s of which probably would have meant drones with cameras weren't easily accessible to them. 😊
Shark attacks may be rare on Bondi beach but not elsewhere! On the coast of North and South Carolina there were 6 people attacked by sharks all within minutes apart. That's just a small example!!
They are fish! So, eggs! But the very earliest relative of the shark was a weird looking creature called “Metaspriggina” which looked more like a big worm!
The only problem is Bondi is visited from people all over the world who speak many many languages. It would be very very difficult for them to speak all of the many languages spoken around the world
DON'T TAKE YOUR SMALL CHILDREN TO THE BEACH IF YOU CANNOT WATCH THEM AT ALL TIMES AND I NOTICED IT'S MOSTLY ASIANS PARENTS WHO LOSE THEIR CHILDREN! WHAT GIVES ??????
