What happens when an 11 year old's bone X-ray shows that the small bones are in line with a normal 11 year old but the carpal bones are significantly smaller according to the GP Atlas. Do we still only go with the small bones?
Nice video, could you take a step below and explain what constitutes a delayed or advanced bone age? In other words is 1 standard deviation the same as 1 yr? So are 2 standard deviations (>2yrs) considered abnormal? Im confused reading radiologist reports...
