@@nickisobad Did you try using a good heat protectant ? It happened to me as well but I noticed a big mistake, I was using a lot of heat and a sucky heat protectant. I now use the IC Fantasia heat protectant serum for my leave-out and the spray to finish my entire head when I'm done flat ironing. You can find it at Walmart or your local beauty supply store. The serum you take a dime size and (don't use too much, less is more) massage from the roots of the leave out and towards the ends. It masks the hair so the heat doesn't kill it. It's not sticky nor makes the hair stiff. It changed my life foreverrr and now I am always flat ironing and no heat damageeee.

Yes unless you only straighten your hair once a week and on the lowest temperature with heat protectant each time. And use a protein treatment and deep conditioner if you decide to wash your leave in

You can tell her leave out is heat damaged mine use to look like that. Get Kinky straight hair so you don't have to use much heat and leave out just enough to cover. Also remember the more product you put in your hair when straightening is likely to burn your hair... It's honestly not worth it if you wear your hair natural a lot.

Try only pressing your leave out after washing and deep conditioning with some type of strengthening conditioner. Also apply heat protectant spray and a serum.

Also to keep your leave out straight especially for us 4c girls ... you can set your hair with mousse first.. a strong hold mousse then blowdry then flat iron.. it’ll keep it from frizzing too.. just in case you try it

I’ll blast the flat irons on my weaves all day but when i get to my leave out i turn the flat iron off and let them cool completely down. I then go in with a wax stick and heat protectant because it’ll get straighter and then i blend my leave out on the lowest setting! I also only press my leave out once every two-3 weeks

@@dessi1145 it was ok. Decent thickness but it got tangled easily. Almost like a real premium human hair blend. You’re definitely going to need 3 bundles bare minimum.

My hair does not, but the design essentials finishing spritz helps w/ that & humidity.

Oh and how many bundles did you need! Sorry for all the questions lol 💗
