Mutton Boneless Karahi
Ingredients:
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Boneless mutton 1 kg
Tomato (sliced) 1 ½ cup
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Hot water 1 ½ cup
Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1 cup
Green chilies (half cut) 1/2 cup
Ginger (julienne) as required
Green chilies (sliced) as required
Directions:
1. In a pot heat oil and add ginger garlic. Cook for a minute.
2. Now add boneless mutton and cook until it changes color. Add tomatoes, coriander powder, salt, black pepper, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and cook for 2-3 mins.
3. Now add hot water and cover and cook until mutton is fully done.
4. Take off the lid and add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, cook until oil separates. Add green chilies and cook for 2-3 mins.
5. Dish it out on a hot sizzler plate and garnish it with ginger and green chilies. Your Mutton Boneless Karahi is ready.
