i was wondering if you would be able to do content on fat bodies sometime in the future? usually videos i see don’t ever mention or show fat bodies. which i don’t exactly find fair honestly. i think recently i saw just one video showing different ways to accommodate fat bodies on the table during treatment, but that’s pretty much it :/
There are different ways to accommodate to someone that is overweight. You can put arm extensions on your table. You can have bolster or towels for their arms or legs. When I’m doing the videos it’s difficult to move the limbs around. I’m very short so I make my videos so that it’s easy for me to move their body. You work the same on overweight people you just have to go deeper to get to the muscles. However you must be careful not to hurt the client. Their comfort is always first.
