it's not lip synced is jst that bands sometimes don't use the live audio when making a video of a concert because back in time video and audio were separate and audio was lost or didn't sound good because of all the public clapping
Strange I don't feel any differently than pre-recorded. Usually, live performances suck. The sound quality is worse, the heavy breathing complicates it, and the orchestra drowns it out, anyway. I'm glad it means so much to you, though.
@@mossfairy8546 Yes,.. by Force.. They were forced to lip sync the songs for every studio appearances.. its a good thing that they were allowed to sing with their original song in this concert...
@@dennissuba6377 I agree. Farian was simply a wretched rat. He never performed live and he clipped wings of members of his band. Farrell was a great dancer and an amazing showman while Farian never wasn't. He was only collecting and counting the money.
Same here. Was beginning to wonder if they had their producers go into youtube and wipe all actual live recordings, and/or overdub their live performances with the record audio.
I just listened to ma baker live, now this one, even if it's not as polished as the studio versions I prefer this live real version instead of the lip sync videos. I wish they always played live. I couldn't find daddy cool, I hope there's a live version out there.
You probably wouldn't be too happy to hear that singer on stage isn't even the same person singing in the studio recording they lipsynced for all those years.
@@danceyourselfdizzy6198 On tv, on the radio. Bobby never performed in recordings from the studio. He was sometimes allowed to sing live during the concerts, but not very often. He was literally just the face of the boney m singer. That voice you love off their songs is actually Frank Farian's voice.
His voice is gravely and raw as opposed to the studio version; it's amazing. I wish they were allowed to perform their songs live rather than be forced to lip sync.
@@newtelcheb No, Bobby sang live, at least from what I've heard. They usually had the recording playing to back their performances, though. For TV performances, they usually lip synced, but that was pretty much the standard.
I think this video shows clarely that the real male voice of the group was Bobby Farrell's voice, because it doesn't sound very different from the recorded version, or at least not more different as the girl's... The rumor that Farian was who sang is another lie of Farian, who is a swindler and a profesional liar.
Everyone in a manufactured band has a role and they all contribute to the end product, whether they are a singer or dancer - and all are equally important. Without Bobby and Maizie the Boney M. band would not have been as successful as it was.
