Kind of wish there was an uncommon and rare Mark Payoff rather than just this card that fits the martial arts theme of the watcher that doesn't mesh with a single one of her other cards.
@@Alsry1 Pressure points being the common mark applicator, a debuff = to mark middle (probably weaken), then shift a/b/o into omae ma wo shinderu, like double mark/mark all/trigger mark at the start of EACH turn.
Pressure Points feels like it should say "Apply 8 mark. If you are in calm, all enemies lose HP equal to their mark, otherwise enter calm". It feels like a nerf until you consider leaving calm is 2 energy.
A one mana calm entry on watcher would make her too potent, and it would also be more likely to be found in her infinite decks rather than buffing the Mark debuff
I usually don’t take Pressure Points, but I just had a game where I said screw it and took it. Then I found another. And another. But the time I got to the Heart, I had 5 of them. The damage output was pretty nuts. Unfortunately, I ended up with bad hand and almost no block on a turn where it was hitting for 60. I had some good block cards and a ton of card draw, but literally ALL of it was in my draw pile.
with your reminder how much watcher's cards don't synergize with pressure points, which character do you think it would be best on (silent or defect?) and how good would you rate it? (and then how good under the assumption you immidiately add 2 copies as a secondary question given how much pressure/claw relies on multiple copies))
I’d love to know the minuscule chance it is to get a P box like that haha and how do you get the seed, is there a group of slay masters seeking out the most fun seeds haha
There's a tool written by forgotten Arbiter that can search seeds for you. People have searched through trillions of seeds to find these ridiculous Pandoras Box starts. If you're curious, you can find the tool here: github.com/ForgottenArbiter/SeedSearch
so you're saying that pressure points only synergizes with itself, and does this badly enough that you almost lose even with 8 of them at the start and no strikes and defends?
He tends to be hardwired to play for card draw, even when all you need with top is a silly amount of free/energy-generating cards. He took third eye+ over empty body and I saw him regret it for the rest of the run. Still a fantastic player, much better than me 😅.
@@lucasvivante8988 First of all, he had synergy with Master of Reality. Not enough to take it on its own, but enough that it isn't a curse. Second, there's only one adcender's bane. If you have enough card draw, you get it turn 1 and win turn 2.
@@Fritzguyes What i mean is the inclusion of quotation marks makes it sound like a hyperbole by baalorlord, rather than the run actually being seeded. Just a little misleading
@@chjabr0010 it is easy enough to avoid, but it is already a pattern "This is seeded" "This is OP" "Thats GG" "This is modded" "that hits hard" "its amazing" "Thats seeded" - not even consistent or copy pasted, just remove the quotes "This is Cheating" Thats Rigged" hyperbole in the thumbs are already the norm just make it clearer.
After fighting an elite you have 50/50 chance to get one of the other 2, even if you fought one of them previously in the act. You can't fight the same elite twice in a row
I see you're still doing the stupid semi-confusing thumbnail subtitle, where sometimes it's a little jokey tagline, but sometimes it's important info about the video in quotations for some reason
