Bonnie and Clyde are serial killers they killed more the 3 people and if the killed more the 3 they are serial killers

bonnie and clyde were not serial killers. they were outlaws. serial killers were not ruled out as a thing back then. outlaws robbed and killed.

@kenyattaclay7666

They are NOT serial killers. killing three people is only ONE aspect of being classified as a serial killer. First off, here is a definition of a serial killer: "a person who commits a series of murders, often with no apparent motive and typically following a characteristic, predictable behavior pattern." Second, all of their victims were killed as a result as a shootout, sometimes in the act of committing a crime and other times while trying to escape the police; in other words there was always a motive of which serial killers have none. The third and most important reason why your reasoning is wrong is because you have people like Richard Speck who are classified as spree killers who have killed more than three people. If you actually look up the definition you would see that killing three people is only ONE aspect of being a serial killer and that's not what Bonnie and Clyde were.

@@kenyattaclay7666 but you're wrong, they were serial killers. May they rot in hell. Just because your on the run, doesn't mean you can kill a bunch of a people and not be considered serial killer. They don't get a pass for that.
@kenyattaclay7666
@kenyattaclay7666 3 года назад
@@dianev1021 Learn what the hell serial are, they don’t even come close to the damn definition. The very first aspect of a serial killer is that they hunt to kill. Bonnie and Clyde didn’t go hunting to kill. Just because you kill 3 or more people doesn’t make you a serial killer. It’s not that damn hard to understand.

I'll never forget.. In the summer of 2013 I stopped here in route to NC. I pulled in to the museum and went in. There was an old white haired gentleman behind a desk. He asked could he help me, then I told him how I was fascinated by the story of Bonnie and Clyde and wanted to see the ambush site. We struck up a conversation, and before I knew this man begin to give me a personal tour of the museum at no charge. We were the only ones there. He begin to tell me additional stories and facts about the ambush that were never printed. He had to have known, because his name was Boots Hinton, and father was Ted Hinton, one of the officers involved in the ambush. By this time I was all ears. I was there maybe 40 mins or so, then he lit another cigarette(he was a heavy smoker) and told me how to get to the ambush site. I remember him saying that where the site is now known to the public, that the actual site was a few yards to the left, but was cleared by a land owner for some reason, so the memorials were moved to where they are now. I feel priveledged to have had the encounter with this kind gentleman that day, especially because of who he was, and him showing and telling me alot that day. I was sad to learn on the news that he had passed away sometime after that. What a good day that was!

Yes, it was the Ford V8 that he stole from Mr. Henry Ford himself right after Mr. Henry Ford displayed that car to the Press to see from the Ford Rouge plant of Dearborn Michigan. Mr. Henry Ford handed the keys over to Clyde, and informed him to Drive the car around the back of the Ford Rouge Plant. He drove the car around the back, and out the gates be went. So, in reality "he stole Henry Ford's car." After, Henry Ford found out what happened to his car, he signed off the car to the person who purchased the car. The proceeds of the car went towards the innocent people who lost there lives in the hands of the evil people Bonnie and Clyde.

I love how appreciative you are of the museums, and that you try hard to recognize the hard work people put into them. You make it a point to find “the interesting” in everything, and share it with your viewers. It would be so easy for people to shrug-off these smaller museums, or even say unkind things about the parts that aren’t perfect, but you are respectful and bring joy to every part of the experience and that is what makes me love your videos.

I've heard opposing stories. After the Joplin shootout, they got lost so they kidnapped a guy named Joe Gunn just outside Reeds Springs Mo. to show them how to get back to Arkansas. They got into a bad gunfight only a couple of miles later and two more getting to Arkansas where they let Joe go. Joe said Clyde gave him two hundred dollars to get back home with and he said Bonnie gave him a box of her cigars. Joe Gunn was kidnapped standing in front of my grandparent's house. My grandparents knew him well. My mother went to school with his daughter.

You care to argue the merits of the law on guilt by association? She was there, she knew what was going to happen, she drove the getaway car on several occasions, that makes her guilty of murder as well! Even his mother & sister spent a little time in jail for not reporting to the authorities when they were in the area! You can't deny Bonnie was just as guilty, even though she didn't pull the trigger & kill any people! There's plenty of pictures of her holding the guns though, she was well aware of what was going to happen, she went along with everything!

The story of Bonnie and Clyde is fascinating and it is interesting how they have been romanticized. I have a hard time buying that as it was really just a matter of convenience or a way out for Bonnie. She had a history of choosing bad men. She was still married to her husband at the time who was in prison. She had narrowly missed going herself. Her husbands name was tattooed on her thigh and she was still wearing her bc wedding ring the whole time she was with Clyde. I think the public and the press wanted to believe in something more. Nothing romantic about living in your car always on the run.

At that point Clyde felt that he had no other choice but to shoot the other one . He was extremely angry with Henry about this.

It goes into Capone and Luciano and several others. Including a guy that lived there! Worth going to. Hot Springs was a hotbed of ganster activities during the 20s and 30s. Frank Hamer tracked them down not Hinton he was just in on it. And they weren't shot with tommy guns they tried that before the bullets didn't penetrate the car. They used Remington model 8's in .35 Remington and 30-06 BAR's and shotguns. Tbh that museum looks kinda crappy just packed with old stuff that mostly has no link, most of those guns were not even real or made at that time. But great vid thanks for saving me a trip.

@@Dr170 Im sorry, if I go to a Bonnie and Clyde museum I expect real artifacts and things that are not made up or faked, I don't expect to see a bunch of fake guns, fake cars and a pack of cigarettes that someone bought at a gas station 5 years ago. @redneck7929
@redneck7929 5 лет назад
@@RhettyforHistory Yep not a museum at all. Most of the artifacts were kept by the law officers because they got screwed out of most of the reward money. Although the rightful owner of the car did manage to sue and get it back. And most of those artifacts can be tracked down. Their guns just recently sold for a ton of money at auction. The only thing probably authentic in there is the stuff the American Pickers guys gave them.

right hand of satan in the state of Texas and Louisiana killing two or more is considered a “ serial killer”.
@slowmo342
@slowmo342 5 лет назад
Savage Gamer as far as I know there is no state to state definition of a serial killer is, I’m pretty sure that it’s the same for all states. Also it’s not just about the number there are a few more things involved. If it was just killing 2 or more people then we would have a lot more people who would be considered serial killers. For instance if it was just about killing 2 or more people, then a guy who goes and robs a convenience store and kills the clerk and another shopper who was in the store, then he or she would be a serial killer. But that’s not the case, the FBI’s definition of a serial killer is someone who kills 2 or more people( but different law enforcement agencies have it at 3 or more and some have it at 4 or more) in separate events and usually by 1 person although there have been plenty of times when it was 2 people killing as a team. Also serial killers kill for the feeling it gives them, the high they get. The psychological gratification. And it’s done over a period of time when they will kill for a month or two and then stop basically like a cooling of period. So by definition Bonnie and Clyde were not serial killers, the killed people while committing robberies as to eliminate witnesses, they are spree killers if anything, but even that I’m not so sure about because I don’t think that they went into every situation knowing they were going to kill someone.
