The medicine of music is incredible. I am healing my inner child. I had to break down so I can be built-up again. As a child I endured major abuse and repeated the cycle in my adulthood. After years of alcohol abuse, I now have almost 13 years without a drink. I just celebrated a birthday which to me is my new year. This song came up in my feed and I cannot believe the Miracles it is speaking to me. In order for me to heal I had to feel all the pain. I thought life was picking on me until I realized that's part of being alive. And yes I had to be cracked wide open willing and able to be broken down so that I can be built up again by Creator to be the woman I'm intended to be. The song affirms that we all deserve a beautiful beautiful life. Life is Beautiful chaos
