Thank you so much for posting this video. I’m new to bonsai and I’m still soaking up all the advice I can get , and in terms of deciding on a front , this have been the best explanation I have seen so far ! I am working my way through your videos . I already know I’ve messed up with my choice of fronts on some of my trees so far, but they are young and I am sure I can now work on rectifying that. Thanks again !
Awesome, learning quite a bit from you in a short time! I love how concise you are while still being very informative. I actually spend most of my time with garden trees/niwaki but style elements and decisions are the same so this is helping me a lot
Jason, I purchased a Juniper Bonsai kit. The plant came planted . I'm apprehensive picking the front. Your video has given me a bit of courage to get started.
A good tree has many fronts. A good rule is that if you can show the trunk and have depth in the back, your good. Cheers to another video bro, I'm making one right now!
This was helpful...bought my first tree the other day to work on and the shape is 'interesting' to say the least, lol. I've now fallen down a rabbit hole of watching Bonsai videos.
Awesome videos Jason. Super informative. How about a video on creating Shari on junipers. Would love to see that. Thank you for the great teaching your videos bring to us all.
Great video! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I'm new to Bonsai so your videos are a great learning tool. Especially this one and the one about wiring a branch. Keep up the good work!
Keep doing video for beginner please. Yours is very clear and anyway I can repeat watching again and again if i missed couple words as you speak very fasr😊
That last tree you showed is so beautiful and just cool 😎 I liked the dead wood on there after you style it it’s gonna be so nice 👍 I hope you post a video of that tree after you style it
Do a video on How to spout seeds and guild it while still young what to do or what soil to use or what you should do when the tree is still young to turn it into a good bonsai
hey Jason!..Just got started working on Bonsai. Have just received a Fukien Tea Tree, very pretty tree that flowers smal white flowers. Do you have any tips or suggestions for me about this tree?
Hi Olver, the yellowing could be caused by a few reasons, lack of water, pests, or not enough sunlight reaching inner foliage. You might have to troubleshoot all of those things. If it's none of those things, you can just throw a little bit of iron on there. Hope this helps!
