I never heard this story, but I’ve held the opinion, for many years, that Mike is much tougher than his appearance would lead you to believe. He had excellent balance control, was light and quick on his feet, and possessed a level of agility that would make even many boxers envious.. Couple all that with his rough upbringing, including regular boxing matches with his brothers, and this story won’t be as surprising. Footwork is one of the most important yet underrated skill needed to be a good fighter. I’m sure that his thin physique and apparent lack of muscles would also cause people to underestimate him, which gives him a great advantage.

I'm not even saying this is true but something interesting is that one of Mike's bodyguards/ friends (1998-2008) was an MMA guy who did tae kwon do and according to him Michael asked him to teach him and that's how their friendship began. Pac died in 96 before he met the guy so unless Mike knew hood kwon do from his childhood I'm not sure if he'd be dodging kicks like that. The guy was recently doing a podcast tour talking about his time with him, I forget his name but he's British. If you just search Michael Jackson's bodyguard more than likely it'll be one of the first videos to come up.
