I grew up in church, my parents are ministers, and people come to the leaders of the church about things that I have always thought to myself this is something you should see a therapist about not a pastor. Pastors give you spiritual guidance and the bible has stories that teach you about living a Christian life but to heal your soul and mind from an experience that you had as a child cannot be prayed away. You need actual tools exercises from a therapist to help with situations. I absolutely agree with your message.
I liked when she said that the reason we are so obsessed with being in a relationship was because we don’t want to look into ourselves & our “junk”& that we just want to escape into someone else’s trash!!! Lawd Chile Rebecca was on 🔥, on this one!!!!!

I see such a reflection of myself in you. I am not crazy. God was speaking to me WHILE IN CHURCH, that life/God goes deeper than what I'd seen (and I'd seen a lot!) Every loose end that still lingered from years of my Christian upbringing (which I am SO grateful for) started to drastically dry up once I read the Conversations with God trilogy and now I am aware of a deeper level of release when I listen to you. I am eternally grateful!!! God answers prayers! God hears us and witholds NO GOOD THING from us. Ase and Amen!!! ❤️

I’ve been listening to you for years, and I really can relate with you. I have done some real dirt and I’ve had to be set free as well. But don’t confuse freedom from shame with freedom from responsibility. Jesus saved us to be disciples of Him. If you run from your calling to be a minister, you will fall into witchcraft trying to be the new thing. I know from experience and it’s a dangerous road. Jesus is the way and the truth and the life. Im not saying this as a religious person. I’m saying it as a sinner pulled from fire.
This is hard truths to hear but I needed this so much. I'm letting go and focusing my upgrading my life. I believe love will find me. Love that knows my value and reciprocates

YES, Rebecca. I came out of a very famous charismatic church and I can so relate to seeing very gifted, prophetic people with huge wounds abusing others and being a mess themselves. But let’s “honor” them! Lol. The church is not helping anyone by teaching people to hide and/or try to be the most “spiritual” at the detriment to relationships and health. Thinking you’re just “forgiven” and singing about being “free” but I don’t see any freedom in your life?! It becomes very twisted in some circles.

Facts! God had to send a prophet to the greatest king of Israel, a prophet, a man after His own heart, King David, to help him see how evil and messed up what he did to Uriah and Bathsheba was. If God didn’t think we needed help dealing with our ish the book of Proverbs would not exist.
When you accept Jesus into your life you then have to do the work to transform yourself... you can't just sit back and think Jesus will do the work for you.
Rebecca is right, Christianity is just carnal fleshly religion. The Hebrew Scriptures ( Holy Bible) are Very Very Real. Please understand this, People were made Righteous and Blameless in Father Gods sight long long long BEFORE Messiah Christ Came. It's written all over the Hebrew Scriptures ( see..Luke 1:5-6 ) the Messiahs blood was not needed to save people from their Sin, that was ALREADY BEING DONE ! The key is to Understand Hebrew Culture THEN you will understand what His blood was for (Did) also did you notice that the Righteousness and Blamelessness is FOR WOMEN ALSO !!! and it is EQUAL to the Men. Christianity puts it foot on the neck of women and makes them lesser or 2nd to men. The Hebrew Culture does not do this. Read it again..Luke 1:5-6 ..anyway the Messiahs blood was shed on the Golden Altar to open up a NEW and LIVING way ( not the old fleshy carnal way of Moses) which was the levitical Priesthood, the Sacrifices, the tabernacle or Temple. Now if you are a saint ( psalms 50 verse 5) then You are the Priest You are the Temple You are the Sacrifice YOU are the Altar. And THAT is what Messiah Christ blood was shed for.
You are speaking many elements of my life. I had physical pain from trauma and toxic family past. Married a wonderful man, had a nervous breakdown, he stood by my side and I healed myself. I too am writing a book about my journey of healing myself, uplifting my marriage and children. Today, I feel 25 not 46 (my age today). Thank you Rebecca. This video touched me deeply. One day it became really clear to me and I just told him he was wasting my time. He cussed me out, but it was obvious he was stringing me along. You have to get out fast or you will be heartbroken.

I prayed and fasted for change too. Nope. Didn’t work! You are right. That keeps people stuck. Waiting for a rescue instead of doing the practical work like everyone else.
As someone who has benefited from this practice and who has witnessed its affect on other people, I have to reject this claim. We're supposed to do the work and pray and fast, (unless we are being guided to "be still"). Now, I do acknowledge that there is a lot of bad doctrine/ religion that teaches that this relationship is transactional. Maybe the answer to your prayer was different than what you were expecting? I don't know! I am also speaking as someone who was initially skeptical about fasting and praying.
I was in a situation the person said that they loved me for 7 years come to find out all was a lie but I learned from this ask question up front I don't care if they get offended people need to be honest.... Like they say don't get mad make it be a lesson I learn from it people are just not honest not everyone some.
