Boogie's tell when he's lying is that he stops mid lie to make a declarative statement like "I've told you this 100 times" or some other appeal to expertise or authority. It's to make what he's saying sound more natural and convincing. He does it every time. Watch him. People commonly do this when they aren't being truthful and they're uncomfortable.

I gotta agree with Keem and Wings here. The only reason to bail out early is if you really just can't afford it anymore. Lawyers have requested the court case to moved somewhere else, to be non-televised, change juries due to bias, etc. There is plenty a lawyer can do to stop that from happening.
