FYI, in my opinion, book bolt uses deceptive practices to charge your credit card. It forces you to enter your CC on signup for "verification purposes" and even states: "Your payment information is used for account verification purposes only. You won't be charged during your free trial period!" Then 3 days later after the trial ends, they charge you for the mid-range $20/month pro subscription. I don't recall being asked which subscription I wanted, or if they could save my credit card info either. They took a few days to respond to me, but did provide a refund. Still, check the BBB entries. Don't do business with deceptive people. This signup/payment system feels like to me it was designed specifically this way for getting your money.
Nice video! I'm new to book bolt, I've signed up with an account and I went in to try and create a book, however after clicking on create and then bookbolt studio, another window opens and I get an error message that says, " Cannot connect to the server. Please check your internet connection or contact support. Have you or anyone else ever gotten this error message?

Bookbolt has changed everything around. It used to take me 20 min to create a journal, now I am completely lost. It converts the paperback cover AND interior to a zip file and I can not download them separately when the time comes to upload in kdp to create the journal. I literally lost 1 day, trying to figure it out. I quit!😢

Thank you for this! I have a question - when my notebook published, the quality of the image wasn't great. The text on it looked blurry. Will it print that way? Is there a way to make it better quality when downloading? I saved it the same way you did. Was just wondering if anyone else had this issue and if there's a way to fix it. Thanks!
It doesn't matter when you create the KDP account. Book Bolt and the KDP account are independent from each other. As for me, I established my KDP account before using BookBolt. Don't ask me how it's working out because I have yet to send a book to them for printing. LOL
When I search in Bookbolt for keywords, under the rank tab, there is never anything there. It will say processing, and then a dash, for every search I’ve done over the past several days. Any idea?
Hello. I’m having a little problem when I go to download it’s putting both my pages and my cover in the same file and now on book bolt it just give you the option to download not download them separately.
When I download my choice is Download Current Project CMYK (printed books). The others are RGB EBooks, Current page printed books or Current page RGB EBooks. When I use CMYK I get Error processing your interior. And for cover I get Please provide a Pdf file. Hope you can help. Luv your vid.
How do you add pages to a project? I have a 200 page project, and I want to add 100 more pages. The only obvious way, is to click ADD PAGE 100 times, but that seems really stupid, and slow.
So wait, you don't have to upload anything to Book Bolt? Is there an upload from Book Bolt directly to Amazon KDP? Do I upload all of my books to both BB and AM KDP?
Or can you get your pics from a place like shutter stock to upload your own pics for the low content coloring book? Also can you upload your own content from shutter stock to make your own interior and exterior designs?
Ok, unless it has changed with the new studio, you said you have to choose 7 key words. Unless I am wrong, you have 7 boxes which you can fill with several key words (you are limited to so many characters per box). Key words are so very important and with seven key words only as you suggest, you cheat people out of a good chance to be found! Your video is so very basic, may be clear and simple for beginners, but there is so much more work to be done to publish quality, well ranked products!
Bookbolt is not giving me the option to see the interior pages listed under the cover nor is it allowing me to add the interior pages it allows me to preview and it's applying the margins to the cover of the book how do I fix this
