my brother narrated an audiobook (alice in wonderland - her no. 1) for his girlfriend a couple years ago & it's still one of her favourite gifts she's ever received 🥰
My two favorite studio Ghibli movies are: The Secret World of Arrietty Whisper of the Heart They're both SO magical and i just love them so much, highly recommend!!!
One of my teachers talks about Ship of Theseus all the time! It sounds really cool. I don't know which Ghibli film is my favorite, they're all so good! I think Ponyo is a really cute one that doesn't get brought up a lot. :)
I got a James Patterson book and gift card off my son. He also bought a book and got it signed by a favourite Author of mine and a cute unicorn bookmark. I was surprised that he went and stood in line to get my book signed. It's The Tournament by Matthew Reilly (Australian author).

Yes someone who pronounces Studio Ghibli the 'correct' Japanese way, yay! 🙂 I love My Neighbour Totoro & Kiki's Delivery Service the most, but also adore Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away & Princess Mononoke. Want to see the Grave of the Fireflies, but it's only available in Japan, to my knowledge 😞 Hope you had a lovely birthday, looks like it! I was a very spoiled girl over my Dec birthday and Christmas. I think I got 30ish new books and a new kindle paperwhite. In the Company of Witches is a good story. I read the second one this fall.
