Book Launch: David M. Malone's "Does the Elephant Dance? Contemporary Indian Foreign Policy" 

Members of the law school community gathered on October 20 to celebrate the launch of David M. Malone's Does the Elephant Dance? Contemporary Indian Foreign Policy. A longtime adjunct professor at NYU Law, David M. Malone is also the head of the International Development Research Center, and was formerly the high commissioner of Canada in India.
