BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS! 

oh look at me, i'm watching book recs and i remembered i'm broke AF.

I really wish every booktuber would stop recommending The Lunar Chronicals because now I want to buy them so much but I can't afford to buy them just yet and it's killing me!

THE LUNAR CHRONICLES IS AMAZING OMG

the SHATTER ME series was just beautifully amazing and not the typical cliché ending most books have.so I recommend that as #! from that list

Great recommendations! I recently read Fangirl and loved it! I could definitely relate to Cath. I've been buying books ever since I started watching these types of videos and I had 106 dollars so I thought that I could spend it on make up and stuff like girly stuff like that but then your videos brought me into the amazing world of reading thank you for posting these videos you inspired me to read a lot and now I read everyday and go to the library almost every week so inspired to read most of the books you recommended I am so happy I spent most of my money on buying books and thanks to you I finally got my summer reading started before school started📖🤗😊😊😊

Personally for me, I didn't care for Fangirl. It has it's moments, but as a Fangirl myself, I didn't feel like it was relatable. The writing is kind of off and Cath just made me angry. I loved that Simon Snow was based off of Harry Potter (huge Potterhead!) but when Harry Potter was actually mentioned in the book, it really throw me off. I just... Oi. Just really a disappointment to me, but I am glad that some people enjoyed it.

I love The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare! I have ordered the Infernal Devices series off of Amazon and am awaiting their arrival! Even more excited now to read the books after watching your video and hearing that this series was even better than the first! Cassandra Clare is fabulous and I am so pleased to see that someone else sees it too!

I prefer The Infernal Devices as well. I think its mostly because it was the first Cassandra Clare series I decided to read but also because I do like reading about different time eras beside the 21st Century. Idk, I just do but the feels destroyed me. No other book has managed to fracture me as much as Clockwork Princess did, like I died seven times.

I've read almost every book from your recommendations. I totally agree with your opinions on the Divergent series, Stolen and the Vampire Academy series. I am not sure if I should give The Mortal Instruments a chance since many people have different point of views of the plot but your arguments are encouraging me to read it! By the way, I am totally in love with the plot of Stolen. I couldn't find one person who shared the same feelings for this book as I did!

Haha, now you got me interested in the Lunar Chronicles series and the Thrones of Glass series. I'm iffy with the Divergent Series. But I would like to read all, if not all, the books featured in your bookshelf tour. The ones mentioned before a yes. Also Shatter Me, and the follow up books as well. Though, I am still reading Red Queen, then probably move back to reading Hush, Hush, by Becca Fitzpatrick. I recommend that book.

I've been kind of ignoring the lunar chronicles and the shatter me series... Purely because it just didn't jump out at me! I love the covers though. Both series' get more and more attention and now after this video you've made me want to just purchase them right now! 🙈📚

I just subscribed so I haven't had a chance to look at too many of your other videos yet so I don't know if you are planning on reading Stormdancer by Jay Kristoff. I've read the first two books and thought the world building was fantastic and there's a mixture of Japanese mythology with a steam punk world. It's a little mature in the killing/blood aspect but worth it. Just wanted to suggest it!

hello! i just found your channel and OMG i am in love with it! i know this isnt your bookshelf tour video, but i noticed you didnt have the Hush Hush series by Becca Fitzpatrick. like i said im new to your channel so i dont know if you have read the series but if you havent i HIGHLY suggest them. I will admit the first two books can tend to follow the twilight series, but it is still such a unique story. I love it, i read the whole series in about a week and if you havent read them you totally should! :)

I finished reading The Gone series by Michael Grant and I had a massive book hangover, so the next book I read was Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins and omg I got over the hangover so fast, Anna and the French Kiss was amazing, I got so many feels and ugh, I loved it so much!

I don't remember what I was looking for when I found this video, but you recommended The Shatter Me series and I'm currently in like chapter 20 I think, and until there I have really really like it. I just want to finish all the books already!

I loved Divergent but I didn't feel the need to read the other two books. I started reading the second book of the trilogy, but I just couldn't get hooked into it like the first book did for me

Okay...Stolen by Lucy Christopher, I read it because it genuinely sounded like a decent read, however, I did NOT expect this. MY HEART!!! I knew that the ending was going to be sad straightaway... And I was really tempted to skip to the end and see what happens, but, I didn't. This book is so freaking amazing that I just don't know what to even do with my life anymore!!! Thank you so much Xo

I am currently obsessed with the Vampier Academy series. I read the first 3 books in a week.

I want to read Clockwork Angel series but do I have to read the Mortal Instruments series too because these books are related to each other? I don't really want to read the Mortal Instruments even though I've read great reviews about them, because I've seen the movie and I don't like reading books which I've seen the movie first because I can't imagine the fictional characters or the places that they visit the way I want. Sooo... is it important to read the Mortal Instruments series first or I can just go for the Clockwork Angel series?

If you like victorian era things, I recommend Ruby Red and that series by Kerstin Gier, I really enjoyed them!
